In February this year I stayed at the Hilton Princess Managua for 2 weeks, my stay was very relax and worry free. The staff from reception up to the restaurants and room service were A-1, always helpful, and with a smile . The rooms were always clean and done when we came back . The Restaurant had a good variety of dishes, all with great taste and quality.
I always felt safe and secure. Definitely it has high standards like any hotel in North America.
I have stayed at this place several occasions and will continue to stay there. Thanks for make me feel at home.

Awesome hotel. The employees are very nice. Bruno is very helpful, always has a smile on his place and willing to help out in any way he can. Marlon the bartender is amazing also, always very welcoming and makes the best rum and honey.

The staff here is amazing! I have been a guest here on 3 separate occasions. The reason for travel was for business and they ensured that my stay was comfortable. The front desk staff speak fluent English and Spanish and were
very professional. For anyone staying in or around Managua, I would recommend this hotel.

Nice service. They need to include local calls. Customers pay enough for them to add extra charges to make local calls. They added a lical call as international call. Other than that, they are just fine. They thrive to make people comfortable.

Keep changing rooms. Plumbing problems. Omg. Day 2. Water runs hot and cold. AC inconsistent. Nice hotel otherwise. Omg. Everyone should shower early. 2 of 6 people did not get showers. They ran out of water.

You feel like you are at home. Excellent location. Mall is crossing the street, you also have supermarket there. Walking distance to "Zona Hippos", where you have options of restaurants ans bars.

The free breakfast at the hotel is phenomenal. Better than any breakfast I've had at hotels in America. Service was great. Most employees spoke english, and all were incredibly friendly. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

Rooms are good and clean. The beds quite comfortable. The staff are really helpful. The service is good also. Housekeepers working great. You can choose hotel restaurant for dinner. The food is fine and tasty. Not overly expensive. There are pool also. You can enjoy the hotel and sun 👍
Also special thanks for Mrs. Maria. She is like a fairy She can find whatever you need for your comfortable. Thanks again 😊

I have never posted a review of anything before in my life, but I figured this was the time to finally do so. I only stayed here for 2 days and 1 night while in Managua for work but my short stay at the Hilton Princessa was incredible! The hotel and amenities themselves are good and all, but the thing that set this place over the top was the staff. They were so talkative, friendly, and helpful! I travel a lot for work and this is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I cannot wait to return to Managua!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms tastefully decorated, cozy and nicely appointed. Linens feel soft and luxurious. Very comfortable pillows. Breakfast buffet is very good with a nice variety of items and cooked-to-order omelets as well. Great service.
