I loved this little hotel. It had the right feel. The room was clean and simple. When you want down to earth instead of 5 star pampering, this is the place.

Very nice for the price. Like it's name, all rooms and the property are decorated in art work. Beds are comfy, staff is friendly, there are 2 monkeys and a parrot to greet everyone.

BED BUGS IN ROOMS , RED ANTS INSIDE ROOM EVERY TIME WE COME BACKDisgusting I'm sorry but every time i come to this hotel there's always a new problem. don't get me wrong, the parrots singing , the monkeys and breakfast is alright and decent but the rooms are utterly disgusting. as for cleaning when we ask for it, they do a good job we come back to our sheets folded and supposedly everything vacuumed and cleanbut BED BUGS left under the bed ??? thats the last thing i expected the hotel , i myself have stayed at more then 4 times to have.
from past experiences we had always had the need to change rooms , either there was no hot water, the rooms were infested with red ants or any bugs in general, the air conditioning was never working and now this year that i come its bed bugs .
i started waking up with bites i didn't have the night before, multiple on my arm , and as i wondered where they had come from i had assumed bed bugs, in the night i wear a sweater to the lobby so mosquitos wouldn't bite me so i knew it wasn't the mosquitos. 3 nights later and more and more bites kept appearing over night, i finally find the source crawling on the curtains next to the "king sized" bed. a penny sized bed bug crawling. i am more then happy to say i will probably NOT be coming back to this hotel any longer. kind staff , awful enviornment . Not recommended.. until they do a better job at making sure un welcomed guests don't appear where we sleep.

(new update) we just brought back a flee in our luggage from the hotel. dissapointed

Good experience if you want to feel apart of nature. Loved waking up to the friendly parrots and monkeys. Truly unique hotel.Walking distance to walmart, the lake,and museum and castle.

Helpful staff, nice place, but expensive, And for people who like to sleep after 6:30 in the morning, I don't advise it. 2 parrots screaming in the morning, no way to sleep after. Quite expensive for a place where You can't sleep

The atmosphere is really nice and it was enjoyable waking up to birds singing in the morning. On top that they also offer free breakfast which is delicious.
4 stars because the room smelled like smoke and everything was leaking at the breakfast area.

Excellent hotel and great staff. Enjoyed no fee full breakfast and an air conditioned taxi to the hotel.
