  It was a great stay at Brisas Hotel, the rooms are small but very effective, super clean, the personal striving to help, the breakfast the best ever in Nicaragua, better then restaurants we have been in the last three weeks and is free.
  We highly recommend this wanderful hotel.

  Great place, super new clean and nice. Friendly staff and breakfast included. Rooms have AC, bed, nightstand, small desk and chair. Hard to beat for the price in my opinion. Easy access to main roads for day trips and easy walk to town for shopping and dining.

  Me and my wife stayed here on our honeymoon. I let them know when I booked it that we would like a more private room if possible. When we arrived they were pleased to accommodate our request.
  
  To our surprise, they had set up a room on the third floor. They had also replaced our full size bed with a queen! Since there was only 1 other room next to us, it was quiet and very private. We had a nice view of the city on top of everything else. They had also arranged rose petals on the bed for us and provided a complimentary bottle of wine.
  
  They offered to clean our room daily, helped with our bags, and left drinking water for us everyday.
  
  The breakfast was a typical Nicaraguan breakfast but the quality of the ingredients was excellent.
  
  I highly recommend this hotel because of their outstanding service. (a feature that is lacking in many Nicaraguan hotels.)
