  Power supply is erratic.
  With no power you can't pump water.
  Location is central to all the places I need to be hence the reason it's getting an "ok" rating from me.
  Management should be more attentive.
  It has the potential of being quite nice.
  Smoking "allowed".

  Quiet and affordable place. Nice rooms but tucked away from major road. Fair services for the price, but staff may be erratic at times.
