  I go to this Nationalpark every year and it is nice. It is not spectacular like Serengeti in Tanzania, but it is nice.

  I already wrote abut the Waterberg Wilderness Lodge within this place that has 4 lodges all together. And while the Wilderness Lodge is a nice place to stay, you can have the more luxurious and stunning stay in the Plateau Lodge. Each room is a separate house on half way up the mountain, each with a fantastic view over the area. And there are only 8 of them there, so you will have a maximum of 16 people in the lodge, so it is really wonderful to relax. Each of the houses have two double beds, which are in fact one large bed, that you can move apart from each other a little bit to have two sperate beds, but both should stay underneath the mosquito net. The houses also have their private "pool" which is rather a tub, but quite nice to cool down a little when its hot. You can also site there and wait for some cute little birds, that will try to drink from it, just wonderful. The dinner was a 3 course meal and it was very delicious, one of the best we had on our trip though Namibia and Botswana. And with just 8 Tables in the restaurant it really feels special and familiar. Please be aware, that the walk up the stairs to the restaurant is not for everybody, I would say about 30 steps, but due to the even higher position the view from the restaurant is even more stunning, than the one from the rooms. Oh, about the rooms: They are solar operated, so don't try to use too mus electicity. But it is definitely enough for charging all the photo and smartphone equipment. And the warm water preparation is just fantastic, because a guy is walking around, heating it up with wood in a special outside fireplace for each of the houses.
