Sonst alles super!

Very commercialised. Not for the private camper or Gypsy

3 Tage Waterberg-Camping.

Reception staff is not friendly and willing to help.

Campsite was not cleaned up, only after complaining it got done late at night.
We had serious abnormal rainfalls during our whole stay. There is nothing to hade. Even the shaded table is getting totally wet. Campfire and bin are flooded after one hour of rain. Campsite was flooded the next morning.

We were supposed to stay another night but it was impossible because of this rain. Ablution facility is open so it started to get flooded as well.
Asked reception staff to get compensation or if they had another solution for us. They couldn't offer anything, not even an appologise. They said all guests left already and it was not their fault. Nobody appologised because we had to pay for 2 nights and they couldn't even offer us something to shade so we could stay the other night.

Bad experience, not worth going to Waterberg although the view is nice. You can better go for a visit in the Waterberg Plateau Lodge, there you have the best view and you don't need to meet these retards.
They just want your money and don't care about their guests. They don't know appologises and are unfriendly.

Swimming pool is very dirty, not much firewood available.

The location is excellent. Good start for them nice short hikes and a beautiful view. However, the sanitary installation in comparison to other campsites were not as nice. Not the cleaniest. Toilette, shower and sink all in one little room that was only designed to one campsite. You even had the dishes in the bathroom.
