sehr schönes und freundliches Guesthaus. Sicher umgeben von Mauer mit Stromzaun (leider in WDH nötig). Gute Ratschläge für Ausflüge, gutes Frühstück, einfache aber gute Zimmer. Jederzeit zur empfehlen !!

The room and location are okay, but our overall experience was terrible. First of all, the pictures do not represent the guesthouse. The pool was not available (and will not be for a while) which was a disappointment, because this was the main reason why we booked it as a final destination of our trip. Windhoek is a dry and hot city and when you already have seen it, there is not much else to do than chill at a pool. When we confronted the owners with this they said it was because of the drought. This is legit reason, but in my opinion they should have updated their website with this information because there are lakes outside of Windhoek where you can stay and camp. Their response was that it is the responsibility of the guests to check by e-mail in advance if the advertised services are available! Very client unfriendly!
When we asked if it was okay to stay 2 hours longer in our room (so check out at 12h) they wanted us to pay for a full day. We refused, because this was the least they could do as a service (because of the misinformation), but instead they became angry and did not want to talk to us anymore.
We can not recommend this place at all, because of their misinformation on the website and their aggressive response when we confronted them with it. There are plenty of other places with more friendly staff and are honest on their website about their services.response / report this review -
