This place needs to improve. On arrival, my room didnt have a remote for the fan/heater and had to ask for it. The towels are dated and rough on your skin. The soap dispenser in the bathroom doesnt work properly. I was here on cold days and the basin does not give hot water at all!. This means you have to use the shower all the time for hot water if you stay here in winter times. The dinners are good but the breakfast is not very well organised. At times the coffee and milk gets finished and no water is provided in the breakfast room. You have to beg the staff to get things done and they surely need training in going that extra mile. I will not stay here again.

We were 4 friends who stayed at Casa Africane over two periods in November 2017. We all agreed that this was a hotel perfect to our taste and needs. The rooms were nice and very clean, and the staff very friendly and eager to do a good job. Also the kitchen served very nice dinners and healthy breakfasts to your own choice.
We believe that the totally nice and friendly atmosphere is to a large degree due to the competent management by the very professional, nice and friendly hostess, Annelien.
