Me and my friends rented a car from them for a week. It was one of the agencies that we liked the most because of the good reviews we found. Everything was perfect ! I am younger than 25 years old and in most agencies they charge you an extra fee, but we were told that they do not. We had a small problem with the car and in less than an hour it was solved and they gave us a better car than the one we had paid for without any extra charge. I definitely recommend Yes Car Rental!

I recently rented a car from them and I have nothing, but great things to say. After having awful experiences in Mexico with better known rental cars, I was extremely hesitant to rent it from them. At first I thought they were paying extra to be the first option on Google search, but now I can tell you that they deserve that rate. Cars are clean and their service is exceptional. This was my first solo trip (you can imagine how nervous I was to drive alone in México), but they guided me in a way that I knew what not to do in order to stay away from trouble. Having a rental car allowed me to explore everything I wanted to see. Their prices are fair if you take into account that a trip in bus from Cancún to Tulum is $200+ (round trip). The trip along the Rivera Maya is nice and safe. I had to drop off my car at 4 :00 A.M because my trip was early in the morning and they were there waiting for me.
Inspect your car and spare tire before leaving the rental site and you’ll be fine!!! Guadalupe and the whole team are awesome! Unfortunately I forgot the name of the guy who picked me up at the airport, helped me with the car and dropped me back off at the airport, but he was very helpful and respectful. Go for it, get the extra insurance so you have peace of mind while traveling!! A+++response / report this review -

The easiest, smoothest, and non aggressive place for a car rental in Cancun. They are completely honest and upfront about fees and coverage. They do not try to scare you into buying additional useless insurance coverage. I placed a reservation online and then received an email from Guadalupe confirming reservation and detailed instructions on our pickup from airport. Our airport pickup/drop-off driver Martin was very polite and spoke great English. This was by far the least stressful car rental we have ever experienced in Mexico. Will definitely be using them always when we return to Cancun.

Great service! Experience was hassle free. I was worried about having to deal with the extra charges from the required liability insurance when looking at rental cars. But this company made it easy and included the insurance in the quote. Guadalupe coordinated a shuttle pickup on the day I arrived. Easy transaction at the office; Rolondo had me out the door with the rental car in 10 minutes. The car was in good condition. I highly recommend Yes Rent a Car; very good people.

Very cheap and you don't NEED a credit car or debit you can pay a cash deposit 200 usd 4400 pesos and as cheap as 19 usd a day for a 2019 chevy

I had a really good experience with Yes car rental. I rented a car here for a week to take a vacation around the Yucatan Peninsula. Many car rental agencies quote you a low price but the price you pay doubles once insurance and taxes are added. Yes car rental quotes you the price you pay. They were very honest and upfront about everything which is rare in Mexico. They took pictures of the car upfront and marked existing dents on the damage report so I wasn't worried about them blaming me for existing damage.
They pick up from the airport was tricky because they pick you up in the arrival area instead of where all the other car agencies pick you up. When I returned the car my flight was leaving before their opening time but they showed up early and took me to the airport. I only have good things to say about this place which usually isn't the car when I rent a car.response / report this review -

I was so worried about the potential high cost of a rental car in Mexico. I was pulling my hair out for the reviews of all car rentals and their added expenses, and super shady business practices.. until I found Yes car rental. Everything is included in the price even ALL mandatory insurances. I paid a total of $144 for a small car for 5 days (Chevy Aveo or similar), and we were given an upgrade - a brand new VW. When booking through them, they take a 10% deposit through Paypal.They both pick you up and drop you off at the airport (you're literally in their office no longer than 10 minutes). They take a hold of 10% that doesn't charge your account unless something happens. I have no surprises on my credit card. They are AMAZING!!!! I will recommend them to everyone!

My husband and I have rented a car in Mexico too many times and what a dreaded way to begin a vacation being up sold, scammed and timeshares thrown at you the second you arrive. Not here, it was THE BEST car rental experience I’ve ever had. The owner is lovely, her and the driver met us at the airport, even waited 45 minutes for us to get through customs and was easy to reach by phone as soon as we stepped out. We didnt follow the directions well- when you arrive at airport and go out the double doors to where all the people are, break through the crowd and turn RIGHT and you’ll see a small gate with some cars parked just beyond super easy. Price was exactly as they mention, car was brand new, office is 5 minutes from airport, there was NO wait and I just loved supporting a family owned business. Beware of gas scams in Quintana Roo- they are fierce, savvy travelers s and we got swindled TWICE. As for liters, get out of the car and watch the dial go to desired liters and try to have exact cash in small bills. Whatever you do, don’t let them walk away with your rd to run it on another terminal, and if they say it’s declined don’t give them another card or cash- check your bank first. Even the ones that seem super honest, aren’t and they have a distraction system1 cleaning windows, chatting with you while “the transaction” take place. As soon as I questioned them, things got serious quick and they handle it honestly. You can read all about it. We will definitely rent Fromm YES again!!!!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! These people are very reliable. Our family totaled 10 altogether, 4 of them kids. We were initially renting 2 cars to save on cost since large vans can be very pricy. Once we were there, they upgrade us to a large 12 passenger van at almost the same cost! Their staff was wonderful, very helpful, very honest and accommodating. 10 stars!

After coming to the Mayan Riviera for many years, it is so great to have FINALLY found a car rental place that was a pleasure to deal with. Before we went I was looking at reviews, because we were so fed up with the many different rental companies we've used. All the reviews were awful, deservedly so, until we came across YES. What a breath of fresh air!!
I got an actual online quote, with all the charges, and that's exactly what we paid. They upgraded our vehicle and we returned it a few hours late, which went into another day, because of a major delay of our flight. Both of these were done without charge. The processing was quick and efficient, both at arrival and departure. We are so pleased and won't be renting from anyone else, and will also recommend YES to anyone we can.

The BEST car rental in Cancun. 1. I have rented many vehicles in Cancun, Cabo San Lucas & the US. My experience with YES care rental were great. The price I was quoted included the FULL insurance and it was the price I was charged. Done DEAL for me on all future rentals. Thank you YES car rental.

i did lots of research before I got to Yes Rent a Car and my experience with them matched many other customers' description. Their price is competitive, their service is super honest and they took extra effort to make customer happy. I rented a mid size car and when 5 person sitting in it on highway 307, the engine is very loud (not because the car has problem, just because the engine is small for the load), I describe to them about the situation and they gave me a free upgrade without extra cost :-). And we drove it all over Riviera Maya and had a great time.
I am going back to Riviera Maya for vacation later and i will do biz with them again for sure.response / report this review -

They picked me up at airport and took me to office close to Airport. great customer service. They didn't have my size car so they gave me a larger car. Brand new cars. Mine still had paper plates. They met me at 03:30 am to return rental and quickly got rental returned and back to airport on time. Great job

Reserved a minivan from Enterprise and when we showed up they were out of minivans. They kindly called the Yes Rent-a-Car and we walked over to the building next door. It worked out great because Yes gave us a 15 passenger van for the same price (all in cost was $500 for the week, including liability insurance). Both ladies we dealt with were very kind and friendly and we will definitely rent from them next time. Bob from Kansas.
