The Whatever Whenever team went out of their way to accommodate all my needs from early to check-in too late check-out which suited my flight schedule. The team were extremely professional. The Concierge team secured my reservation at Pujol and other venues. There is a reason i always come back

The restaurant at the hotel has the worst service ever. They offered us water without letting us know it had a ludicrous price, almost $10 US dollars per bottle. Unbelievable!

I stayed at the W, Mexico City for a few nights in December 2017 in one of their “Fabulous Rooms”. The hotel and room was clean and kept to a high standard. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room itself was small and the decor polarising; Personally it wasn’t to my taste considering it’s marketed as a high end hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the shower room met my expectations (no bath tub). The view of Mexico City was stunning from the room. I arrived on a Friday night and was surprised to find the bar and reception area was essentially a nightclub, which goes with the W hotel theme and may entice younger guests. The hotel is located a short walking distance from Bosque de Chapultepec, a stunning 1700 acre park with running routes, marketplace and a lake.

What you would expect of a W. I have been coming here at least annually since they opened and have always been pleased. Excellent location also, close to Chapultepec park, shopping and museums.

The event was well organiced and the location well equiped. The snacks were great! I didnt like the meal so much, because it was just some fancy sandwichs.. but it might have been my companies decision

We had an event in the bar. Everything went very nice. The director of the restaurant very helpfull and the waiters with an excellent service. The food wad just astonishing. Then, the earthquake came... The staff was very trained and took us outside the hotel to a safe spot in complete order. Then, outside, they provide us with food and drinks until the hotel was completely checked. Thanks for the support.

It's a W so that means a trendy, modern hotel room with a view. I wish they were more affordable more often. Overall great experience. No free in room wi-fi though, which strikes me as chintzy.

The hotel is in Polanco, a safe area where you can walk easily to a mall or restaurants. Room that we got was incredible from the design to the technology in there. Service was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

nice hotel, rooms clean and well decorated, only i fo not like is the curtsin between the beds and the bathroom because at night when you go to brush your teeth or wash your hand if somebody is sleeping is uncomfortable for both, good service, and food.

It was a greatplace for a workshop!the food was delicious and the venue was beautiful! I loved the pens they provided they are really comfortable and can be used for mu smartphone. I loves it. Only the parking lot is too expensive.
