I used Transcabo for the first time at Los Cabos, while my trip to the resort was ok the trip back wasn’t. We were on our way back to Los Cabos airport 11/17/19 When our driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal. Not that big of a issue, but when it’s pouring rain outside and it’s a good 10-15 min walk and your a family of five and 2 of the kids sick already. I was more then annoyed to say the least. I tried calling Transcabo and it was impossible to get through as it was the previous day when I was trying to confirm our pick up. We ended paying another shuttle money to take us to the other terminal. I finally got ahold of somebody at Transcabo when I was waiting for our flight and they said they would send me a email within the hour and no response. I’m taking a Uber next time, please don’t waste your time and money on Transcabo when on vacation at Los Cabos.

We took the shuttle from SJD to the Hilton Los Cabos and had no issues. When we arrived we were asked by many people inside the airport if we were riding with transcabo, but we walked right past them and outside to the real drivers. The ride to our hotel was great. The issue we had was that we booked a round trip ride. Our flight was at 4:40pm to go home, and the shuttle picked us up at 1:15. I completely understand people like to get to the airport early, but they dropped us 3 hours before our flight was set to leave, and it takes not 2 minutes to get through security. We were just curious why we got picked up so early, and figured it was probably because they pick people up and drop them at the airport when it is convenient to pick others up from the airport. The ride was great and much appreciated, but If you don’t want to get dropped off 3 hours early, maybe just buy a one way ticket with transcabo. Otherwise great service.

Not sure why this is so highly rated. As Laura said, they may be paying for fake reviews.
Experience was fine on the way to our resort. But on the way back to the airport, driver was over 30 minutes late to pick us up. when I tried to call the operator and ask where the driver was, she was rude to me and acted as if tardiness was common practice at Transcabo.

We always used Trans Cabo and the vans are clean and always on time but they drive way too fast!
We were passed yesterday by 3 of them doing at least 120km? I won’t get in one again until I see them slow down!response / report this review -

It's unfortunate that companies like this, get to acquire fake reviews.
I was going to book with this company. However, their 23 comments are limited to saying "good service."
Companies like this are why I would recommend knowing everything about the company with which you plan to book your service, since many companies like this one, often add false comments, to acquire visits and deceive customers.
