  They do great repair work and servicing. However they are very unorganized. Several people and about 30 minutes to find an ordered item. Than I had to bring the car over, told to come back in two days for a simple task. One time I was told to come in on Monday when Monday was a holiday and they were closed. They need some management to help get things straight and a better way to schedule appointments.
  Someone said to me the Mexicans have a hard time with appointments. My response is I get dentist, doctor, vet and even the dog sitting place doing a great job of setting appointments and keeping them straight. This is a management issue!
