So glad we chose to book through Expedia! We stopped on our cruise and did the Chacchoben Extreme Tour. While it seemed far from the port, I loved our experience in that area of Mexico and felt so grateful we chose this excursions over others. We were able to go the lagoon and stop to get the best pineapples I've ever tasted. Seriously do not pass this one up!

The best adventure. Ed was our tour guide he was knowledgeable and kept us all entertained. Learned a lot about the culture and history of the area. It was a fantastic experience and opportunity.

What a great experience. They automatically changed our reservation when they saw our cruise ship had changed itineraries. The instructions for the short walk from the port to the office where the tour leaves from were easy to follow. The drive was comfortable and air conditioned. The tour guide was so knowledgeable. The tour was amazing. Guide would take us to shade when he was going to chat or explain something. He stopped to bring us over where he spotted monkeys. Would highly recommend!

The Mayan experience was amazing! Way less than shore excursions with the cruise ship, super knowledgeable guides. Super safe driver, great Small group experience, authentic Mayan food in a Mayan woman's home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Great company with great employees! My husband and I did the Mayan experience tour just this past week. We were the only two from our cruise ship to go on and see the Mayan family, they were so nice and informative. The ruins were absolutely amazing! The food the family prepared was delicious some of the best chicken I've ever had! The village is a must see too the houses are painted so beautifully! My only complaint is we didn't get to stop in pineapple town for some fresh pineapples, I read how great they were and was dying to try them.. however the great experience we had more then made up for it.

Our family went on the Mayan Experience tour last week while we were visiting Costa Maya on a cruise. It was our only excursion not booked through the cruise line but it was our entire family's favorite excursion. Our guide was Enrique and his obvious passion, pride, and knowledge was excellent. The pace of the tour at the Chacchoben Ruins was perfect. Enough time to take pictures, great information about the temples and what we were seeing without losing the attention of our 10 and 15 year olds. The tour also included a visit to Chacchoben Village and lunch with a local Mayan family. We all enjoyed attempting and failing to make round tortillas and receiving the kindness of sharing wonderful food with this family. Would highly recommend and request Enrique, he was our favorite guide all trip!! Thanks for a great day!

Our tour guide Edder was charming, witty and incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the ruins. He and our kind and helpful driver Melin made our tour special and memorable. Native Choice was not only more affordable as a tour option, but I felt like we got a more genuine experience than we would have with the big, commercial tours available through the cruise line. Highly recommended!

Best excursion experience throughout our Caribbean cruise adventure. Knowledgeable staff, superior service, comfortable travel. Our group was pretty big, and they were able to provide an exceptional excursion for everyone.

Our tour guide was David (and our driver was Abel). We loved this tour! We had our 3 children with us (ages 5-11). The office was nice and clean and the bus to the ruins was comfortable and cool. David was very knowledgeable about the ruins and the history of the Maya people; we all learned a lot. This was a really good excursion for Costa Maya. We had plenty of time to do everything we wanted at the port.

We went on a tour of the Mayan ruins and our tour guide was awesome. So knowledgeable. Also our boat was late dropping us off and we were late starting. They made the trip slightly shorter but still we saw everything. Get Rose! She's so awesome.

This is the most top notch place we have ever booked an excursion through. They have about 25 employees who are very organized. Booked online and they were ready for us. Rose was our tour guide. She was fantastic and could answer any question we had. Blue lagoon was so pretty! It is a bit of a walk from the cruise port, take a taxi if you can't walk well.
