Exceptional service, hospitality, and warm welcomes. We booked a private van of 6 for our group and it was clean and tons of space for all of us. These guys are our go to place for airport shuttle service. Communication and booking is seamless and our driver was so incredibly kind we loved him. He gave us tons of tips and facts along the ride and made our trip wonderful. We just came back yesterday and barely made it out of Cancun due to the hurricane and they were accommodating and kept in contact with us due to the constant delays on when to pick us up from the resort. We’ll absolutely be booking with these guys again!

This company was excellent. They made sure to check in with me before my flight. It was an easy pick up at the airport. Alexis, my agent was super helpful and responded very promptly when I had to shuffle my reservation around due to Hurricane. They even provided detail on city condition when I asked. Return from hotel to airport, the shuttle arrived promptly on time. Both drivers were very polite and accommodating. 5 star customer service!

Cancun Shuttle service was great! They were prompt, professional, and offered the best prices. Our driver, Agustine was very helpful and offered tons of great tips for our stay.

Will be using them again next month. Been booking with them for over 20 years. Never let be down. Always on time. Cheapest, private round trip.. Really helped me in late March when the airlines cancelled my flight 4 times. CS changed my pick-up 4 times with no problem They were unbelievable helpfull.. Thank you again Cancun Shuttle..

As was my first time traveling to Mexico, I was a little nervous. My party had arrived before me so I was flying solo until arrival at the resort. Cancun shuttle put me at ease.
Frank who is a senior agent called me a couple days before my arrival to confirm my details. Told me who to look for and what to pretty much expect when I arrived. The shuttle was very clean and nice. There was a guy waiting in the shuttle service area that had my name on a list and made me feel very comfortable knowing I was in the right area. This made me feel very important. But Frank went beyond the typical customer service. He sent me several emails about things to do while I was there. As a lot of things are closed due to Covid, he made sure to send me lists of things to do that were open. I can not express my gratitude for Frank. He was AMAZING.
I will always recommend Cancun Shuttle service and will use if I travel to Mexico again.
The only thing I wish was the last part of our trip we were staying in an AirBnb and wished they could have picked us up, but only do to and from airport and resorts.response / report this review -

Impossible to reach. My flight was canceled because of snow storm. No one picks up the phone nor do they respond appropriately to my email. Looks like I am on my return ride money. I will never use them again

Don't us this company. The booking was easy online and we paid partial at booking. When we arrived in Cancun the driver was easy to spot and took out name and we waited 10 minutes before we were taken to the resort. All good. On the return total nightmare. Trying to call to confirm return. Called at least 25 times phone was busy no answer to all 3 numbers. I get a confirmation in an e-mail the day before. Driver never shows up had to take a cab. Lost half my fee.

We booked a Private Service with Cancun Shuttle from the airport out to our hotel. There was a promotion on the return service that meant booking private did not cost any more than a shared shuttle. There was a very friendly and professional person who met us as we exited the airport and an equally friendly and professional person who met us at our hotel to take us back to the airport. Both vehicles were clean and comfortable. Will definitely use this service again.

Total disrespect from the company.
They were supposed to come pick us up at 5:30PM but we received a call at 5:29 saying that they won’t be there even if we had paid the trip in advanced. We were in Tulum and had to find a transportation to the airport. We almost missed our flight because of them. They did not provide any solutions. They lady at my residence said that it is not the first time she heard bad things about this company. They only said that they will reimburse me the half of what I paid. Rip off.

First time using this service and it was amazing. Booking it was easy and the price for 7 of us was great. Upon arrival it was easy to spot the drivers in their orange vests and hats. Driver to the hotel was excellent and friendly. Driver from the hotel back to the airport was early to pick us up allowing for all 7 of us to load our luggage and everyone in plenty of time to make it to the airport. I highly recommend Cancun Shuttle and will definitely use them again. Thank you for such great service!
