SKIP THIS PLACE! This is a hotel which clearly does not care AT ALL about its customers. I'm from overseas and I saved up a lot of money to come enjoy Cozumel. There is a bar name 'the money bar' right in front of the hotel. From Thursday to Sunday night, a (bad) band comes and play horrible, extremely loud music, for a few tourist in there. If you are looking for quiet, SKIP this. The hotel has a deal with that place customers get 10% off but when you call the hotel to ask them to do something about it, they don't ware. We're talking about beautiful balconies facing the sea that you cannot enjoy 4 night a week because it sounds like the band is playing in your room. This is insane not to do anything to protect customers, who actually bring money to the hotel.

The apartments are huge, we had a kitchen, a dinning table, sofas, two rooms with each its own full bathroom and a bathroom in the place. The people attending are so nice, the place has a pool a gym and many other amenities that we haven't fully exploded (I'm writting this review being still a guest) I'm really loving this place and it's so much cheaper than a hotel. I haven't been to the restaurant but I'm sure everything is going to be as amazing as it has been

Excellent place! We got a great deal on a large high quality room and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back it was very quiet and relaxing there. It is not all inclusive but there is a restaurant/bar directly across the street that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and even delivers the the resort plus taxi's are readily available and super cheap. The Landmark for the win!!

Outstanding. Incredible staff, Incredible building, Incredible location. Spent 8 nights here in August 2016 and were treated like royalty. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom, 3 bath, full kitchen, living room, 800sf patio, washer and dryer condos and it was incredible.

The Landmark is a very new hotel that also has private residences. Your typical room is 2 or 3 bedrooms with a fully modern kitchen, living room, tv, and an outdoor patio. This is a fantastic new hotel with a private pool and an amazing view of the ocean. The Money Bar might be the best restaurant on the entire island, and all you have to do is walk outside, and head 20 steps over any you are there. It has a fantastic staff, amazing rooms, and great views. There are many hotels on the island, but this one is certainly a step up. It is great to stay in a place right on the beachshore where you can take boats out, scuba, or just chill out on the sand. A fantastic place.
