Everything is perfect. The rooms are large, spacious and clean. The hotel is beautiful.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are nice. We don't speak Spanish, but the staff did their best to understand and accommodate us.

Lots of facilities such as a gym, church, pool, restaurant, and store. Bed wasn't comfortable to me but rooms were spacious.

About the service: the service was amazing but the menu of the buffet was very simple, maybe you can add some pasta or maybe more options

The rooms were really nice and clean. The personal that carry the luggage and the ones working on the reception are also really nic and kind.

Very nice hotel with great style, though it seems a bit out of date. Seems to be under renovation, I just hope they keep their classy Mexican style, because this place has a lot of potential.
