Very convenient location - only 1 block from the Angel of Independence. Great amenities, restaurant has awesome breakfast options and rooms are spacious and clean. Good value too.

Very good quality hotel in the financial district of the city, safe and based off Reforma so it's accessible to tour bus stops and walking distance to Zocalo, Monumento a la Revolucion etc. Has a small gym and rooftop pool, comprehensive breakfast and a popular dinner restaurant on the ground floor which mixes Mexican and Moroccan cuisine. Would come again if visiting Mexico City.

Great staff, clean rooms, and a well run Hotel. Four days here and the staff made me feel very welcomed. Close to many tourist venues, restaurants and cantinas. I will be staying here on my next trip to Mexico City.
In house restaurants, buffet breakfasts specials all at reasonable prices. Thanks so much for the hospitality.

Quite nice hotels in the city and you can find Korean town nearby. The service is not the best but better tan any other business hotels. Nice location for travelling and eating. Angel tower is also nearby. They also provide hotel taxi and you can easily use them.

This hotel provided good service and we enjoyed our room, but unfortunately we were very disappointing by the amenities. While all the pictures on Galeria Reforma's website and on its emails show a very nice rooftop pool, this space was covered by tables and buffet lines for corporate function for the entirety of our stay. We were told that we shouldn't be bothered by this because the rooftop is still open for guests, but by that they mean you should be okay to sit in your swimsuit or get into the pool with 25 to as many as 50+ people in suits watching you while they're surrounding the pool to eat or hold breakout sessions. My partner was not even comfortable going to the pool due to this situation, and that was frustrating since we paid more money for this hotel versus others (because of the pool that’s falsely portrayed in all sales collateral).

I was there during the earthquake and the staff had a really good response. The service was good and also the food. But I don't like the zone is chaotic and was very damaged after the earthquake

This is a really nice comfortable place to stay and it's very clean. The staff is very professional. They are fluent in English. You can't beat the location; it's one block from the angel, and a couple blocks from 2 metro stops. The area is very safe. I definitely suggest it for tourists and locals.

The hotel Galeria Plaza is really nice. It's location it's pretty optimal really close to the Angel. You can do a lot of walking around the hotel and it is really cool. The rooms are clean and just what you expect. There is a rooftop pool that has amazing views, the only down side is that it's only about 3 feet deep. The gym is also nice but there are missing more free weights. The hotel food doesn't seem welcoming as it never looked packed like other hotels.

Cool little hotel perfectly situated in the middle of so much action. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, not too stiff. Bonus: pool! Extra bonus: sweet little bar tucked away in the lower level. Definitely stay here if you're looking for a spot with lots of things to do, eat, and drink all around.

Reviews said it's a four star hotel, but it's more like two. Interior could use some attention. Mini fridge is locked, so no option to keep your own drinks cool in the room. Coffee in the room is better than what they serve at breakfast, but you only get the first one free.

The guest service (concierge) was amazing. Very friendly and helpful.
    The room was very nice.
But: for all what you want you have to pay extra and it's not open declared. I booked early check in and don't got it (they said no room is now available, but I can take an upgrade) so I had to pay the upgrade AND the early check-in.

Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Nice small pool on the roof for quick small dips.

Best part though is the location. So close to a lot of museums, food and parks.
