Basic accommodation for low price. Note most studios do not have a sink in the kitchenette. Wifi can be very spotty as well. There is air con and good water pressure with very hot water. Location is relatively quiet, it gets a bit busier during the day as the rental management offices are based in the building as well. For those with allergies, there are 3 cats living in the complex, they are very sweet and non invasive.
