Lovely place close to Chichen Itza. AC rooms. We enjoyed the pool, it was amazing to get refreshed in the afternoon. Lovely staff.

If I could give this family-run hotel more than five stars I would! Marvellous property and service! The property is extremely well done. The family have worked hard to make modern rooms and bathrooms based around a gorgeous pool. The family who run the hotel are amazing! They are so helpful and genuinely caring. They even gave us a ride to Valladolid (1 hour), as they were going the same way. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to Chichen Itza and there are local restaurants right outside the front door.

Good location to explore Piste and Chichen Itza. Desk staff helpful and the room was great for the price. The people of Piste are nice and the town is pleasant. Wifi is a little shifty but overall we liked out stay.

Very close to Chichen Itza (good for getting there early in the morning). The rooms are spacious, nice and comfortable. The common area is gorgeous as well. Moreover, we couldn't be happier with the staff :)

Very nice place with friendly staff. Entrance not very inviting, however behind the fence is a lovely area with swimming pool. Very good for an early visit to Chitchen-Itza.

Nette entspannende ruhige Atmosphäre, alle Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und eine sehr saubere Unterkunft mit Pool. Geheimtipp für die Besichtigung von Chichen-Itza ist nur 2,1 km von entfernt.

Ideal for travellers visiting Cichen Itza en route.
You can't fault the price for the well positioned accommodation. The room provided everything one needs for a stop-over for the purpose of visiting Chichen Itza. Aircon good, WiFi worked well, shower hot, bed comfortable, and free parking (inside a secure compound) for my car. Because I like to be on the move for most of travelling and exploring, hotel rooms are more of means to me, rather than something to be enjoyed in their own right. However, on this occasion I did choose this place because the pictures had such a warm and welcoming tranquillity about them. I have to say, I was a little disappointed. The pool was empty, and the area to the side of the garden was the on-site car park, and looked a little like the edge of a building site. Having said that, the room was very clean and it did what it said on the tin. When I first arrived, the owner was a little hard to find, but was very pleasant helpful when I finally did. I want to give this place 5 stars, but it's not possible because it just didn't live up to the photos, and the debris in the empty pool, and the scrappy car park didn't add the ambiance. I would definitely recommend this place to travellers with cars who are visiting Chichen Itza, especially for the price.
Downside: It's a bit unclear where to go when you arrive, and the owner wasn't so easy to locate. It didn't quite live up to the photos.response / report this review
