Stopped at whim because it was getting dusk. Had no idea what lay behind the modest but clean look at Road frontage. Frankly, quite thrilled to find such a lovely place for the price. Can easily relax here for a few days. Very clean and the front desk would do anything for you.
Coffee in the lobby and the surroundings were just a delightful experience. Yes, the Wifi signal is dull away from the lobby.

Tiene alberca en una cuevita, un pasaje por una caverna, sendero para recorrer, el personal es súper amable, las habitaciones sencillas peto cómodas.

El hotel es bonito, su alberca semeja un cenote y puedes nadar de 9am a 10pm. Sus habitaciones son amplias y cómodas aunque no lujosas. Cuentan con ventilador, aire acondicionado e internet.
Estacionamiento gratuito y muy cerca de tu habitación, lo cierran a las 12 de la noche por seguridad, pero si necesitas entrar o salir después de esa hora hay personal que te abre la puerta.
El personal amable y servicial.
El único inconveniente es que está sobre la carretera como a 10 minutos en coche de Valladolid.response / report this review -

La première chambre que nous avons reçu ne fermait pas à clef, ils nous ont changé de chambre et on m'a aidé à porter mes bagages. C'est pas neuf mais c'est propre, taille des chambres très correcte, piscine dans un cenote (très sympa) avec donc de l'eau claire et renouvelée (donc certes un peu fraîche mais on ne peut pas tout avoir ). Petit dej inexistant à part du café soluble et bruit de la route, ceci sont mes points négatifs

This place is sort of like a wanna be resort. It has a cold pool in the bottom of what appears to be a filled in cenote. There is an expensive restaurant on site with only a couple of food choices.
There is no wifi in the rooms or grounds, only in the entrance office. Compounding this problem is the fact of very poor cell reception. It is also a fair distance from town.response / report this review -

El hotel es muy hermoso, la alberca súper linda y limpia. Los trabajadores son súper amables, las camas y almohadas cómodas y limpias en serio es el mejor lugar para dormir. Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más tiempo
