Everything was really good, small pool, good parking spot, friendly staff, etc. But in our first night at half past 3 we woke up to a dripping, we first thought of rain. But little we knew that one pipe (freshwater for the toilet) was leaking and the whole room was covered with 1-2 cm of water. After we successfully called the hotel, that luckily answered the phone (one could find someone within the area) they came - stopped the water flow, and removed a bit of the water that we at least could get back to bed. But of course my backpack was wet and if we didn't get up earlier my whole technical stuff would be broken.. And of course it wasn't that easy to get back to sleep But they were quite nice at the next morning and managed the issue professionally and well. Even though, I can't give more than 3 stars, as one night (out of two) was bad for us

We didn't like it Noisy due to the road and a nearby playground ( at least until 11:30/12:00). Moreover if you get the first room you will be close to the restaurant so, as soon as the staff starts to work you will wake up.
The room was clean but nevertheless 8 cockroaches visited us during our stay Really not pleasant.
The staff is kind and the swimming pool clear.
The food of the restaurant is good and abundant.

Just so you realize I live in Valladolid so have not stayed in the hotel as a guest, I have used the restaurant, bar and pool on many occasions so I am reviewing that. I have eaten in the restaurant a few times both for breakfast and lunch and on all occasions the food has been of very high quality, I ha e also drank beer while my kids play in the pool. This bar stocks both Sol and Corona brands of beer which also happens to include Stella Artois which is my favourite beer. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the owners always come and say hello.

We stayed for 6 nights and everything was fabulous. The staff were very helpful and professional, the rooms were always super clean and the restaurant offers a mixture of international and Mexican dishes, all brilliantly cooked and served. There is also a nice little pool right at your doorstep.
