Great hotel. Alone, with a partner or with kids. Just try it. Not central, but definitely not too far from the town center. Quiet and safe neighborhood. And amazing and very professional personnel. Good value for your money.

You will be very well received in this hotel. The girl at the reception is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are spacious and calm, and the whole building is beautiful. Rooms can be improved

Perfect little hotel for us at a good price. Only blocks from the bus station. Valladolid is not so big, so you can walk anywhere in 15 minutes or less. Otherwise, cabs are always available and 40 pesos or less gets you anywhere in town. I would recommend this hotel.

Clean, quiet, well-appointed, and honest. Most hotels do not divulge the 19% tax when called for a price quote, but clerk here was upfront.

All the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Their rental bikes weren't in top shape. We returned them earlier than we had paid for, and even though we didn't ask for a refund for the price difference, they still gave us the difference back.
Room was excellent. Nothing to complain about!

Noe the front desk manager was extremely helpful. He took his time and explained everything to us which was amazing.

The hotel itself is very new for the city and I believe only opened up less than a year ago. We chose this location because it's not too far of a walk into the city and on the same road as the ADO bus station. Maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the center.

Rooms were nice, sheets were clean, a little musty with limited circulation but honestly that's just being picky. Everything was wonderful and I'd stay here again just because Noe was such a genuinely nice person who was always available to help.
