Top restaurant and a fine gentleman! Best meal we've had in ages and some lovely Mexican wines to wash it down. The chocolate mouse is a show stopper. The salmon was serious stuff also. Will be back again for sure.

This was a true great find. We have been eating at our resort all week and just needed a little break from the “all inclusive” food. I did some research online and found Peter’s ratings and reviews to be impeccable. All of the ratings were spot on. Peter, his wife Claudia and their son and their staff took fantastic care of us and our meal was amazing. Everything from the Claudia salad to the mushroom ravioli to the buttered crusty bread was excellent. I ended up choosing the veal chop special and my wife got the fettuccini with shrimp. They were both delicious but the chop was one of, if not the best I have ever had. We finished with the chocolate mousse and chocolate and banana crepes for desert. They were both splendid. Don’t forget to order the Chef’s coffee too. I feel certain if you can get into this restaurant you’ll love it just like we did. Enjoy!

Finally made it to Peter's! The rave reviews don't do this place justice. The Salmon is incredible. Service is superb. Ambiance is cozy and unpretentious. I will most definitely be back!

Superb! We’ve been hearing about this place since we moved here over two years ago and we finally gave it a try. It was incredibly delicious! I had the smoked salmon and it was amazing. My husband had the brisket and my parents had the shrimp pasta. They enjoyed it also. For dessert, the key lime pie! Great service decent prices will definitely go back!

Smoked salmon was the best plate I have had in a long, long time. My wife had the pork tenderloin and it was perfectly cooked and spiced. Prices right and solid service and ambience.. Peter knows what he is doing.

Impressive. Not Mexico cheap but it's still Cancun I guess. The owner walked around the restaurant and chatted with everyone. Food was delicious.

Just lovely place to enjoy chef great food. Chef put love to the food. I shall say 6 stars. Small places. No reservation , but they took me in. Chef came to table to ask the taste of dishs, Nice service. If I come back Cancun , I shall revisit other disk. Left : Duck liver so tender , right Hog fish so fresh. Can not write more. I got great dinner night.

Small restaurant with a small, tastefully selected menu. The food is great. I don't have a specific dish recommendation because duringy visit there everyone in my party ordered different things but the response was the same: mmmm! Reserve well in advance though, this place is small and has a sizeable group of fans. I would describe the cuisine as modern European.

Though likely targeted to tourist clinital, Peter's is absolutely worth the stop. From the moment you walk in you feel at home. The staff is attentive, and very polite.

Holy heck - was blown away from eating here. Reviews were good so I had pleasant expectations going in but they still were surpassed. After looking at the menu my wife determined there wasn't anything she could eat due to being put on dietary restrictions from her Doctor recently from liver problems. She spoke (Spanish) with the waitress and they were able to accommodate her. I ordered a plate of the mushroom raviolis for the table and for myself the pablono chicken stuff with shrimp. I don't like mushrooms, but the raviolis were so good I ordered another plate just for myself! The chicken was excellent as well - everything was top notch. Would come again 10/10

Absolutely delicate. Colourful. Delicious. Welcoming. Friendly. Efficient.
A great great great evening. It was SO good. We come to Mexico about 5 times a year and I can say we will make every effort to visit this place every time we are visiting. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The chef even came out to introduce himself and see how we enjoyed our meal. The lemon meringue pie was amazing!! Not too sweet not too sour. I highly recommend peters restaurante. Calm ambiance, elegant decor throughout. I had the smoked salmon and for dessert the chocolate mousse. I'm not a very good writer, so I will say the food the only word is perfection. Peters crew is excellent and the customer service is top notch. I started out with an old fashioned but was unhappy with it and to my surprise the waiter fixed the situation without hesitation. The bartender followed up with me non verbally to make sure it was to my liking (which it was). Every experience throughout the restaurant was perfect, perfect, perfect.
