Amazing service.
Excellent facilities.

Nice beach (lots of seaweed).
Decent sport center.
Okay (but unused) teen club.
Expensive photos.
Rip-off trinkets (offer 1/4; settle 1/2).

Amazing food, entertain and beach. Great pools and the rooms are a dream. Wonderful place to stay. Would make for a amazing wedding, anniversary or vow renewal. This will become my go to place.

Stayed a week here and had a great time. The resort is beautiful and immaculately clean. All the staff are very nice and would help with any question we might have had. The pools were warm and the ocean even warmer. We'll definitely be going back.

My husband and I stayed here and will definitely go back! The staff is wonderful. So many activities if we want our relax on a beautiful clean beach. There is also so much food, any that you could want. We met people who have gone to this resort for many years. They have gotten to know the staff which is good to know. Building relationships even with visits once a year. I can't wait to go back.

For the first time being out of the country I can say this place is a very good first for anybody. The food is very good at most places and the service is pretty well kept. The entire resort is clean and beautiful. I would recommend this place for a vacation or any type of get together 100 percent and it can be a bit pricy getting here but it all definitely levels out and you're money is well spent in my eyes. I will say one of the rooms we rented had a little problem with its air conditioning it didn't keep things too cold in the room but the staff quickly helped with the situation upon a phone call and it was partially fixed but this problem is not for every other room (I assume.) The room I stayed in was very pretty and well decorated.

The hotel is located in a good location, next to the beach and near many attractions. The rooms are spacious with air conditioning and the buffet restaurants are very good with lots of food choices.

Place is nice, the pool is nice. But for the amount of money they charge you would figure they would give you decent food. All the buffets serve cold food(brkfst, lunch & dinner). Some restaurants require reservations, but guess what you actually have to walk there to make the reservation cause they won't take it over the phone, WHAT A JOKE. The people that are saying that they have great food, I'm guessing they have never eaten anything other then McDonald's or burger king. Even that would be better then what they serve here. Don't waste your $$, there are much better places then this. 1st and last time we will be staying here.

Very enjoyable, and we appreciate their concerns for sustainability. The low point was the food, which was mediocre. The high point was the salt water pool shown in the pictures.

Good be because it delivers, but not precisely awesome. Stayed there three nights and this is my insight:

IMPORTANT: The Palladium is made up of Four Resorts, which are grouped into two sections: Riviera/White Sand and Colonial/Kantenah. I stayed in the Riviera villas, so please keep in mind that these comments only applied to the area where I stayed.
IMPORTANT IF YOU LIKE BEER: They only serve XXs and XXs Ambar everywhere in the Palladium complexes, so if you're a beer drinker and don't like any of those two, don't book in this place.

PROS
- Rooms are big, clean and in general well kept
- Place is HUGE, with big enough pools designed both for adults and kids.
- Lots of activities to do, with and without kids.
- HUGE beach area (some resorts only have a small beach)
- Beach in general clean and well kept, BUT not all of them. Some villas had access to beaches that were awful, but the good beaches were not far away.
- Pools very well kept and clean
- Bars well staffed; I've gone to other resorts in which bar staff are sloooow when serving/making drinks. All the guys I had a chance to meet were fast and didn't compromise the drink's quality. Kudos for that.
- There's a natural salt-water pool right next to the sea. I've never one like this one before (I've seen artificial ones, which sucked). If you're into swimming in salt water but don't like being struck down by waves, this is a great addition.

CONS
- There's a quite awesome kid's pool, but unfortunately if you're staying in the "Riviera / White Sand" complex you'll have to be transported to the other side of the hotel to access it (a 5min ride via train)
- most villas are faaaaaar away from the poolsI mean like 1/2mile walking distance far (you can see it easily in google maps' aerial views).
- the place has an artificial lake that reeks (not always, a breeze would spread the fowl scent)
- the buffets in general are VERY understaffed; I could easily count 20-30 tables with people, and only 4 or 5 waiters attending them all.
- If you're staying in one of the Rivera villas, the view you have from the room kinda sucks (see picture I uploaded) because they're surrounded by jungle, and both the pools and the sea are not near.
- This is a constant of most resorts: the room service is slooooow. Probably because the place is so huge. But if you want something to be delivered to your room, be willing to wait 30min for it.

In general and compared with other resorts of the area, this place offers a good experience (if you're the kind that likes all-inclusive resorts).
