Good place, nice swimming pools, good place for vacations. But not perfect, the resort has several restaurants, but excessively crowded(over one hour waiting for a table). Other was the seafood restaurant, we didn’t get even a reservation!).

Hermoso lugar!!! Actualmente nos encontramos aquà en familia y no tenemos ni una sola queja, el servicio, la limpieza y todo el complejo en general es sin dudas un lugar mágico! Muy recomendado

Service from front desk is horrible. They don't fill mini bar everyday but if you pay more $ they say you can get more in hot refrigerator in your room.. Power went off then A/C went out, room 1615. Booked excursion, paid CASH then next day called our room and said they needed more money. And it is just day 3 of 8 day stay. We have traveled to many countries including Cancun many times and there are a lot better places that care about people that spend their hard earned money for vacatiins than Grand Palladium. Here are some near Cancun: The Royal Playda del Carmen, Moon Palace, Hard Rock, Riu and thus just names a few. Pot luck here I guess! I wasted 6k on this place.

First time at all-inclusive. Too much focus on buffets, but restaurants are good, some of the bars are good, and the activities fun and abundant. I'd do it again
