Beautiful location. Had VIP membership during our stay which gave a lot of perks such as discounts and access to exclusive rooms. Still here for a few more days, but highly recommended. Great food and staff, always willing to help.

Its spread out, but that adds to the charm. Margaritas (on the rocks) are amazing. Room is spacious, and all the amenities are awesome. I like the place, and as my first visit to a resort it was nice, but i feel like it could have been better regarding the buffet.
The concierge was super pushy though. I was here as a member, and they tried getting us to see a presentation for 90 minutes. After we missed the appointment, it was rescheduled for noon, but we had a spa appointment at one. The concierge tells us that the spa is broken and that they can reschedule it for another day, just so we can watch a presentation instead. We just walked out and went to the spa, which was open. If you avoid all the concierges, i guess it would be a fun visit.response / report this review -

This is our second day at the the resort and I have mixed feelings about it. The rooms are great with size and design, the grounds are amazingly beautiful, and the staff are pretty good. A lot of little details around the resort need updating though. The food is plentiful but pretty low quality. There are flies in all of places to eat which is very aggravating. The pool tiles are all falling off which is quite frustrating. The resort itself is quite huge, but they don't give you any sort of information or activity calender, etc. The beach is not good at all, very rocky and dirty. All in all we probably wouldn't return here.

Rooms large but you can feel that the amenities were luxurious in the 90s, early 2000. Now it is time for an upgrade. Also, you need to pay extra for Internet. That's really not the case in the majority of the hotels. Still very good location and very clean. Suggested!

Just returned from 7 days here and we had an amazing time! This Resort has absolutely everything you can want! I snorkeled, swam with dolphins, made a ceramic bowl for a keepsake, enjoyed the lazy river, had good food, enjoyed a couple of shows, swam in the pools and enjoyed the swim up bars, kayaked, paddle boated, jet-skied, enjoyed endless cocktails, enjoyed the ice cream shop, the coffee shop and interacted with the friendliest people! The majority were from Canada and England.The staff are all wonderful, very helpful and friendly! There is really no need to leave the resort! We would definitely go back again!!
