Loved the place! Silent, away from noise all quiet and peaceful but close enough to all different sorts of venues. The food was amazing and well priced. Rooms were spacious and offered beautiful views of the scenery. Worth every penny! Can't wait to go back!

The hotel is pretty fine, you can watch the waterfall and the pool is always warm, the spa is good. But when we arrived the rooms weren't ready and my room smelled funny.

Nice hotel in Valle de Bravo with a view!
the hotel has a lot to offer and is greatly located for day trips around Valle de Bravo.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful location with a waterfall, forest, and river. Service is good, with helpful staff that light the chimney and take you from the lobby to the cabins. Offers some entertainment options, but not as many as I expected. Our 6 person room was nice but it had only one bathroom!

I stay in the room 109 and I should advice you about the light thru the Windows. If you used to sleep in total darkness you will not sleep. There are some much light all night and when sunrise

Everything was poor. Overpriced. Room I booked was switched. No fridge, no microwave, empty. Breakfast was excellent though.
