Nothing about this place is accurate as viewed online. Don't pay for an executive room, the executive lounge is a current dumpster, literally. Not dog friendly as described, so rude and no nice greetings. I understand this is Toluca, but when you book a place like this you expect a smile at least. I wouldn't let my enemies stay at this place. Plus blood on the mattress?

The exit at the end of a event is terrible. All the people need to back floors by electric stairs and is totally chaos.

The hotel is confortable and accesible, the rooms are nice, good atention an the buffete was delicious, good price ans service; the pool are amazing and fun you can go whit ur friends and enjoy all

The location was fine for me as the event I had was near it, but I consider is not that good otherwise. The service was half good, half bad as everyone in the hotel had a bad attitude. The rooms were very good, they have a giant bed.
