It is a nice and clean hotel. The personal is very friendly. Breakfast us delicious with an own eggmaking station.
The bed of my room was perfect for sleeping.

It's one of the better hotels in Mexico and Toluca however it's starting to get a little bit run down. The staff is very friendly. They're starting to nickel-and-dime you a little bit on the amenities for instance, they used to let you take a cup of coffee to go in the morning on your way to work and now they want to charge $3 for a cup.

Very nice hotel, great rooms, staff, and nice location. Parking is underground and included with the hotel. Definitely will stay here again, especially after looking at some of the hotels near by!

Rooms were very clean and modern. Breakfast Buffett was massive and all fresh food. It had an omelette bar. Great staff!

Breakfast was very good. Get a back room away from the train side the building (front). One of our fellow travelers had a count for how many times the train woke him during the night.

Nice hotel, comfortable. I would like uplift especially the restaurants crew and hotel staff. Very sufficient breakfasts, delicious dinners. Quite good events like grills in the garden etc.

I was able to visit one of the meeting rooms for a professional event. The hotel provided the chairs and technology to have the event. During break they provided with free snacks, wasn't just any snack but a club sandwich, soda, burritos and chips (abundantly). Restrooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Second time staying here for an extended time. The hotel is great, but where they really shine is the service and hospitality. The restaurant staff is excellent.
