Probablemente uno de los mejores hoteles en Paseo Reforma CDMX. Amplio, agradable, muy bien acondicionado. Genial trato y servicio. Inmejorable ubicación. Muy Recomendado.

My friends and I stayed here over a long weekend and loved it. The location was fantastic and the staff were super, super helpful. They answered all of our questions and provided great recommendations. Thanks Fernando, Andoni, and Magdalena!

This hotel is decent but not amazing. Crowded elevators. I find it hard to breathe in the hotel. Service is good. Breakfast is good

Service is great, rooms are nice. Get to the 16 floor for the all inclusive service. The view is amazing. Can watch traffic or just enjoy the weather. Truly a great hotel with an amazing rooftop view.

Great location. The lobby certainly looks amazing, very sober. The staff is polite and warm. At the conference hall, is quite good the quality of the furniture and also offer electrical outlets for your laptop or cell phone chargers. The meal was good, nothing too fancy, but did the job. I'll try to keep going to this place. Good!!

Just got extorted Mexican Style chase blocked my card and they called the police. Had to pay the police and the Marriott Security Guys that followed us to the Police Station. Bar bill was only $120 bucks. That being that I'm a Platinum Marriott Member WOW don't go to the Mexican Marriott Franchise on Paseo de Reforma 276. It's run by low level $2/hr high school employees Not Marriott At ALL Stay away. Go to the Polanco Marriott.

Nice location but are ignorant about exchange rates. I was quoted a rate of $ 806 for 5 nights (inclusive of taxes) When I got the bill in Pesos, I did the conversion on Google and found that the price was $843. The front desk insisted that they would bill only $806 as the Marriott rates as different. I asked them for a bill in dollars which they refused to give. A few days later, I see my credit card was charged $843.

Pros: Great breakfast. Nice gym. Beautiful executive lounge with nice snacks and dinner. Friendly staff
    Cons: Typical older hotel room.

Tip: Great reasonably priced Italian restaurant,, Vapiano, just a few meters in front of the side entrance. Open until midnight.

Service is great, location is in the middle of everything and amenities are good.
You are walking distance to the major tourist spots or close to a lot of corporate offices.
    You will not be disappointed.

I never have to worry when I book a Marriott. Everything was neat, clean and well keep. Keycards are used and give you additional security requiring them on the elevators. Both mornings of my stay I had breakfast there. It was fantastic. Great selection buffet and I tried cactus for the first time. Staff is very friendly and patient since I do not speak Spanish. I will stay again if I'm in the neighborhood.

Beautiful and functional. They served delicious lunch during the event. The temperature inside the room was a little cold.

The facilities overall are nice. The only complaint I have is the speed of their base level wifi plan. I understand that they would like to tier speeds, but in 2017 having download speeds that don't ever reach 5 Mbps is a little dated. I'd like them to increase the base and likewise increase the speed of their next level up.

I really liked this hotel. Good price value for the rate I got. Loved the 24hr gym and the men locker steam room and dry sauna from 6am to 22hrs. It was empty we. When worked out so I had it all to myself. The rates at the spa are area good deal too.
Restaurants and bars are good if not feeling like walking, 4 blocks in any direction walking there are many many many places places to socialize or grab beer or a bite.
Rooms are excellent and just wished WiFi were complimentary. No point in charging extra for something that is free at many places
