El precio es muy bueno en relación al lugar, La instalaciones son muy interesantes e intentan ser diferentes sin perder el estilo. Las habitaciones son simples pero tienen lo necesario, incluyen desayuno desde las 8 a las 12.

This hotel used to be called Sybharis. Even though is a 3 star hotel I found the suites to be very comfortable, good size, nice bathrooms, programmable safe in the closet , and a nice restaurant with a small bar. I cannot tell about the regular rooms since I only used the suites at the upper floor.
    The staff was very friendly.
Caution: it is located in a street where street walkers (prostitutes) are in abundance at night. You can see them right across the hotel from about 8:00 pm on. But they are picked up by their patrons in cars. I did not see any entering the hotel, so I assume none of that business occurred there.
There is a corner store literally at the corner. A pharmacy within the same block.
It is also within walking distance to the cosmopolitan area of Mexico city which makes it very convenient.
Walking thru the area is very safe, even at night.
I see from the new pictures that the front has undergone a much needed front remodeling.
Look out for deals thru the regular discount booking agencies. I found a better deal directly at the hotel.

It's a reasonably nice place but everything is old and limiting as a result.

Ubicado en la calle james sullivan. Tiene precios accesibles y esta cerca de varios transportes publicos. Tiene wifi gratuito y sus habitaciones son pequeñas pero comodas. En cuanto al servicio son atentos pero tardan un poco en atender.

Cons: I was in the 10 floor and still noise from the road the entire night.
Very very cold during the night and no heater, they provide a thin blanket after requested they provide additional one, still couldn't sleep due to the cold(usually its the opposite for me)
Only one person in the staff understand English.
Breakfast -was slow to arrive and was simple eggs(can choose pancakes instead), fruit and coffee (no milk)
Pros:The hotel designed beautifully and new rooms looks great.
Good water stream and hot water.
Close to 7/11 and during the day local market.

It is no the best place in the city. It has a very good location if you want to walk around the city cause is in the middle of Chalultepec and the historical center. The service is bad and the rooms are in old shape.
