For basic staying it’s a good option. No A.C. old. The only attractiveness is the history of the building. Many celebrities have stayed here.

For the price, this place was great. The room was clean, spacious, and the staff was friendly. Great location next to the metro and the historic center. Our room did not have air conditioning, but they provided a powerful fan that cooled down the room sufficiently, along with the open window.

Just far enough from the historic core to be a cheap stay but not far enough for the core to get there by foot.
The good:
Location
Metro access can't be beat
Price
Rooms are clean
Friendly staff
Good Restaurants are a good 10mins walk away
Flat screen TV
In room safe

The bad:
Location (can be broaderline)
No late eats
No air-conditioning though I think you can request a fan
Rooms can get hot
Would a stay here again possiblly

Lived here for a few months a few years back (yes, you can rent monthly). The bed and furnishings were old, but (mercifully) very clean and free of critters. The sorts of people you encounter in the hotel are a different story--it's part hippy hostel, part odd people who sit in their rooms and smoke pot all day. Overall, the place has a Bohemian vibe.

The location is great, just know it's on two major throughfares, so even on the sixth floor things are a bit noisy.

There's a common kitchen for cooking, although it's not very well-equipped and sometimes is dirty.

It`s this place a Hotel?..No AC, No microwave, No Airport Shuttle, No Restaurant, No Parking Lot, No WiFi in the rooms, No Minibar, No body lotion, Dirty Stairs at the entrance, Dirty restrooms at the Lobby, I guess this is no a really Hotelyou love your moneyPlease STAY AWAY from this!!!

There's nothing fancy about this place, but it's a great location close to everything and very afforfable. We loved the mid-century modern furniture in the lobby so cool.
