inexpensive with a good location, but very dated with some really bad rooms. definitely ask to look at a few rooms before picking one because there are huge differences.

despite the fair treat that the hotel staff gave us, the night staff is really disrespectful and unpleasant, they don't know how to solve problems and manage guest. They put us in many uncomfortable position, specially the last night that they were almost throwing us out of the hotel, all because of an entire lack of communication between the day staff and the night staff. Also they don't even care about the luggage with the carrying in or out of the hotel.
Also the top floor needs maintenance because the floor is feels like is gonna break in any moment and every sound passes trough the walls. Also, there is no ice, potable water or even a mini fridge in the rooms in order to refrigerate things.
One of the worst WiFi of the entire city.response / report this review
