This place was great! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the water slides tore my back up (I wasn't the only one saying this) . The slides are rough but so much fun. I came with my 10, 17, and 19 year old sons plus my husband. We're all had a great time. There were no lines to wait in which is awesome. The were iguanas running around the park too neato!

Beautiful place, LOTS to do. They need better signage and instructions on where things are located inside the park. They also need to give better details on how you get to the beach break, which I paid extra for and never utilized. And the buffet offered for $15 each wasn't worth it at all.

Not up to US standards for water or amusement parks and way over-priced. But the zip lines were really good. The water park uses sea water and it seemed pretty iffy (color and cleanliness). If I’d known about the seawater, we would have passed and just gone swimming in the ocean. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Fun destination. Lots of activities - we could have stayed the whole day (but we had purchased beach excursion as well). Zip lines are fun and there are different levels based on how long you want to go. Wide variety of water slides, activity and kids pool areas, food (pricey - tourist destination, expect it) available (we didn't try any).

Had a great time here as a stop off for a cruise. Rather confusing to get to using the free shuttle as the driver didn't speak English, so we just walked it, took about 10 minutes. Good value for money, with 3-4 zip line tracks, each with multiple parts and water landings. Slides were Great, did all but one of them, the vertical green one. Great place to release some adrenaline part way through a cruise.

Very disappointing Disney Cruise sponsored excursion. The park seemed unprepared for being at a cruise destination. Numerous trip/fall hazards (injuries obtained, thankfully avoided a hospital visit), kids getting stuck on slides, parents gathering up kids early and leaving in droves, staff seemed uncertain and consequently unhelpful.

Crazy fun waterslides, we were on a cruise when we stopped here, there were no lines so we were able to ride as much as we wanted. Lots of the attractions are salt water; however, that's no big deal compared to how fun it was.

Overall the water park is good and there are slides for both adults and kids. The kids area is very nice and had a lot of different slides for our 5 year old. We also enjoyed the lazy river ride. The maintenance of the park could be improved though. There were a lot of ants everywhere including the concrete areas. They really need to have some sort of ant treatment otherwise its nearly impossible to walk without shoes. Also the water in the pools and lazy river didn't look very clean and full of bugs and other various things.

It was great giant fun water slides and very fun zip lines. Very very nice and friendly staff, there is something for everyone there. An awesome kiddie pool, crazy water slides, fast and slow zip lines!

We attended this water park in early January, and spent lots of money on pictures. We have still not received them by email. I know things move slower in Mexico, but not this slow. We contacted them multiple times and still ended up in the same spot. This place will rip you off on pictures. Ruined my experience no doubt. Do not recommend at all.

Loved this place! There is something for everyone in the family! The big water slides are so fun and perfect for the older kids and adults in your party, and the kiddie area is one of, if not THE best kiddie water park we've been to. My 5&6 year olds LOVED it. This was out favorite port of our cruise and I would DEFINITELY go to the Lost Mayan Kingdom again! The elevators in the pyramid for the big water slides was AMAZING! and made it super easy to take the smaller kids up to the top to look out from the top of the pyramid! The park was very very clean.

We had a great time while on our cruise excursion. The staff was great, and the slides and zips were fun. My problem is that I am having problems contacting the management concerning a digital picture order. I ordered pictures to be delivered digitally to my email, but they did not arrive. I cannot find an email contact for the water park, I have called several times during business hours, and I left a private message on their FB page.

My sister and I had great fun! The slides are amazing as well as the ziplines! The lazy river is salt water, which isn't my favourite, but it's a good river. The line for food was quite long, but the pool was nice. I highly recommend it!
