This place is all about the details. The hotel is kept immaculate, the breakfast is wonderful, the staff are very helpful and attentive, and they have considered every detail to make your stay comfortable. Definitely the perfect place for a couple to enjoy. I was traveling solo and still enjoyed the vibe. 3 great small pools. Wish I could have stayed longer! The only thing I would add to this hotel would be a small gym, sauna, and a heated hot tub.

Excellent find and was discounted by 55% on Expedia. Just off the main tourist strip (about three blocks) so it wasn't noisy, but right in front of the town square so it was still very cosmopolitan. Had an amazing roof bar and pool and friendly/helpful staff. Stayed here for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed every day.
Very close to restaurants, both on the tourist strip but also some good local spots away from the hustle and bustle of 5th street.response / report this review -

Like the location. A couple of blocks away from fifth avenue and the beach. Had great food options on the main floor, a block from Walmart. It's quite and peaceful.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
Stayed for one night. Located very close walk to the beach and madness club scene but far enough away to not be bothered by loud music. Very friendly staff took care of us during brief stay. Wonderful roof deck with pool. Jungly courtyard pools also great.response / report this review -

Amazing!! Price and location can't get better than this place. The hotel is walking distance from the 5th avenue and all the clubs and far enough to sleep well without the clubs noise. The rooftop bar is amazing music is great or you can ask the bartender to play your own music. Great free breakfast every morning.

Best hotel experience ever, I've never been treated so nice and I'm used to Marriott hotels. Great breakfast, great drinks, nice and clean, beautiful rest area on the roof and warm water in the pool. The staff was nice and the attention was very personal and pleasant. For the price , this would be a no brainier.

Could not be any happier with our choice to stay here for our last trip to Playa del Carmen. Staff was lovely, more than accommodating and offered great tips on places to visit. We opted for the breakfast included (European) plan and it the variety and food quality was superb. Rooftop pool was the best way to end each day. The people watching in the park down below was so satisfying!

Stayed here for a week in July 2017. Room was small but very clean. Hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful. Loved the rooftop pool and Jacuzzis & bar. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The tapas restaurant food was great and by far the best sangrias!! Next to the casino close to beach ferry and 5th bar! I would definitely stay here again. Fair price!

Truly wonderful. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was lovely as well as all the other amenities. I would absolutely return to this place.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is so friendly, they make you feel like family from the mo it's you arrive. Also the room we had was wonderful and the amenities just lovely. A rooftop pool with an urban feel and great view, as well as two ground floor pools with a jungle feel. Walking distance to all the fun spots of Playa del Carmen.

Great location.
Personal super attentive.
Breakfast was delicious. The snacks that they had were great.
Rooms are big and the decoration is great.

Great hotel, amazing staff. Breakfast was top notch and the rooftop pool is fantastic. Close to the great local restaurants, Walmart if you need supplies and 5th avenue if you want to be annoyed.

Beautiful boutique hotel located in a quiet but close-to-the-action part of Playa. Staff are incredibly helpful and cool. Rooms are cozy and no-frills. Highlight for me is the rooftop pool and jacuzzi.

Can't imagine a better place to stay in Playa.
We were greeted warmly and shown to our room by a staff member. Our room was small but well appointed and perfect for my wife and I, with a courtyard view of the two pools and hot tub. The bed was comfy and shower hot. My wife particularly liked the bath tub.
The rooftop bar and pool were excellent, as were the restaurants on either side of the hotel. DO NOT miss out on eating at either of them.
If we ever find ourselves back in Playa there's no way I'm staying anywhere else.response / report this review
