The place is amazing in terms of architecture and design. It has a great location and a coffee shop inside available for guest and visitors. Although the service was nice the coffee was not as good and their menu has very few options.

Be aware of the 3 rooms that are in the front part of the hotel I think they are Room 1-3 the toilet and shower are in the same area of the bedroom really uncomfortable

My family and I recently spent four days at this magnificent hotel. The Scandinavian design creates a classy, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The people there were extremely kind and helpful. We loved the fact that the hotel is pet friendly, which is not easy to find in this country yet! The hotel is located in the downtown area in Queretaro City, which is full of historic places, beautiful plazas, and great restaurants. Toppermost of the toppermost!
