Wow where shall I start? I've never written a restaurant review and I was compelled to write one for La Casa del Agua. First of all this review is way overdue. This restaurant is hands down the best one I've been to in Playa del Carmen. I was blown away by the service my family and I received here. The owner Hans is by far the most kindest person you will ever meet in your life. My aunt and mother were vegans so they ordered a (super delicious)veggie pasta, having remembered their order Hans had his chefs custom make a chocolate vegan cake for them complimentary! He made a lasting impression on my entire family. We will never forget you or this beautiful restaurant. You will have no regrets coming here. Thank you Hans and all the hard working people at La Casa del Agua, you made our last night in Playa del Carmen an unforgettable one.

I had a wonderful dinner here one of the evenings during my stay in Playa! This restaurant is Beautiful, ideal for a romantic dinner or a special outing. The service was excellent and responsive, the food was great (including vegetarian options), and surprisingly, the pricing was reasonable compared to other local spots that did not offer nearly this level of service or experience. Overall, I would definitely be back here on future visits to Playa.

Great tasting and beautifully presented Mexican/international food in a nicely set space on the first floor on the main road of action in Playa. And, with a beautiful service on top it made it the best restaurant experience we had in Mexico.

Best restaurant service in town! They immediately were able to set a table for our large group of 18 people. Beautiful atmosphere with high end decor and a great view! The authentic dinner options were both surprising and delicious! The drinks were freshly made with real ingredients. The servers were very attentive and friendly.

This place is amazing! I loved everything we ordered. The truffle bread appetizer was delicious and I ordered the tenderloin which has to be one of the best ive ever had - so tender it almost melted on my tongue. We shared the chocolate cake dessert and it was divine. The wait staff were perfect throughout the meal.

Everything about this place is EXCELLENT! Our waiter, Ulises, was amazing. You don't want to miss this one when you're here. I recommend going all out- order a couple of appetizers, different entrees, and make room for their heavenly desserts. Don't forget to grab a cup of coffee, too! Hope you enjoy this incredible culinary experience as much as we did. Casa del Agua, we will be back. Muchas gracias!!

I am a risotto fan. Here at La Casa del Agua I have the pleasure to have one so delicious. The sabor, the color in the plate just look. Additionally of the risotto, their service is nice and very professional. Prices are fair for what we asked for. Highly recommened

Wow! Wow! Wow! This is a hidden gem that we stumbled upon walking down 5th Avenue. It's on the corner and you need to walk up the stairs. It will seriously blow you away! The service, the food, the atmosphere is next level! I had the duck, my companions had the chicken, ravioli and grouper - ALL DELICIOUS!! Thank you Antonio for the wonderful service.
