Salones cómodos, coffee break aceptable pero los sanitarios estaban sucios y au que se avisó tardaron mucho en limpiarlos

This hotel, provides a peaceful atmosphere. Good location, very friendly staff, rooms are comfortable and quiet, the pool is heated, and breakfast has good variety.

Good quality-price ratio. The rooms are spacious and quiet, but the bathroom wasnt as clean as I wished. The staff didn't speak much English which made some things a little more complicated. We visited the hotel in January, and they did not have heating in the breakfast room, therefore we were freezing even with coats on (I never stayed longer than 15min there because I was so cold). Otherwise the breakfast is good with lots of variety. The hotel grounds aren't that big but it's spacious enough and beautiful.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the hotel is conveniently located around to big malls where you will be able to have a nice time, the valet parking service is also useful, although it is not free, lastly rooms do not have AC but you will probably not need it since weather is usually cold around here

Beautifully renovated. Kitchen is not bad but on the bland and disappointing side. Great wifi.

Very nice hotel. The beds were soft, the view was amazing and the buffet was great! So much great food. Kind of special for a hotel to have great food.

It was a good experience, the people who works there have a good capacitation on tjeir stuff, but the managers are lazy and they don't do anything and they are humilliating their workers

Hotel staff and service was great. We had dinner at the restaurant and breakfast in bed while at Hotel Krystal. I agree with the "changing of dirty utensils" previously mentioned in another review, you expect more from a "luxury" hotel. Our stay was satisfactory. If in town again, we'll return. Mall is walking distance. I recommend Uber for transportation. Lovely staff, great room service.

Loved this place. Had room facing pool so was noisy but felt like resort with pool and garden layout. Was not noisy at night except occasional idiot gunning car on nearby highway. Also great mall right across the street Mundo E.

It's clean and inexpensive. The restaurant is an excellent choice for an all you can eat continental style breakfast

If you are a tourist, please be aware that they prepare coffe and tea with non-potable water. You should try to avoid to drink these, otherwise you are going to have diarrea for sure. From a 4/5 star hotel I expected something better, specially, seeing that most guests are foreigners, they could add some non-mexican dishes for the breakfast. For instance, even in the vegetables they put ham or beaconFurthermore, at least half of the times I need to change a knife or a glass because is dirty. This is not acceptable in a restaurant that is considered to be luxury.
The employees are kind and respectful.
Do not take taxis from there, use UBER. They literally steal your money.
For a trip that with Uber costs 30 pesos, they charge you 120.
