It has nice and big rooms, maybe not the best mattresses but very comfortable for me. The bathroom it's very wide and clean however when i was there the sink faucets doesn't work very well.

Very good breakfast ,lots of choices,omelettes and eggs made to order ,delicious fruit.Good atmosphere ,nice coffee shop in the lobby.Our only complaint was the shower wasn't very clean ,ie.grout needed cleaning which they tried to fix.

Zero starstoo many problems with this hotel to mention. But most importantly, there is a major construction on the street and buildings next to the hotel. The so-called executive rooms with balconies on a so-called premium floor, the 8th, all face the construction area. If you do decide to book a room here, and you've been warned, don't bother to pay for the more expensive rooms; you will not get your monies worth. Also, the whole long agonizing week I was there, there were 6-8 buckets in the lobby catching dripping water. There was no rain that week! Ugh, this hotel was a BIG MISTAKE! Finally, the name reforma is misleading, it's actually on reforma and hidalgo; further down from the nicer part of "The Reforma". AVOID, don't make the same mistake I did! PS: frontdesk clerks need customer service training AND room/hotel needs thorough cleaning.

My stay in this hotel was just what I needed. The room was comfortable, the view was great, and the location perfect. Two underground stations are very close making it easy to get around the city. Many local attractions like Alameda park, museums, the Cathedral, and many historic and beautiful churches are in the area.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean rooms and good breakfast. Good view from the restaurant and rooftop.

The hotel is reasonable. Buy too expensive for the state it's in. Washing table was tapped in the first room. After calling reception they send a plumber who could not solve it and finally after calling reception again we got another room. The bed is creaking and the safe doesn't work. Breakfast was okay. Won't come here again for this money though.

Really nice hotel. Helpful staff let us check in early. The room is clean and the beds comfortable. The food in the restaurant is good and the location is very handy. I would certainly use this hotel again. Also, the WiFi is excellent, which is unusual in hotels!

Not a really good check in service. Accommodations are ordinary, price is ok and breakfast is fine. Noises and bad toilet odours from the street can be annoying at times. Bell boys will charge you inadvertently for keeping safe your bags. Beware!

For Mexico it is maybe nice geek tool but metal plates are odd for european. Food beside omelets less than average. View quite nice ;)
