Stayed in this hotel while I was money laundering for the cartel. They must have snitched on me because at 2am, 2 SWAT teams knocked down my hotel door. Luckily, I was fast enough to jump out the window from the second floor and landed on the roof covering. I quickly jumped down got into my car and drove to a censored location which I'm not going to say. Never visiting Mexico again!

The food was so good though.

Great location. We were able to walk to all the sights on our list. The room was okay but a little cold for January. We asked for more heat, but were told that the temperature was set. The TV had poor reception on some of the sports channels.

Breakfast was vast but bland. Hotel is dated and hallways smelled a bit of sewage. Not sure if it was due to post earthquake. Not sure if ok to walk around at night, but has a decent bar to chill at.

I asked if my breakfast was paid when I checked in at 10 pm. They said yes. Then they made me pay. The room I was given was as big as the bed, couldn't move, they got the the next door room, so having a good room available they decided to give me the worse, and I was only changed because I've complained. Don't waste your money. The breakfast was old, cheese and ham cuts where stick together and it was not fresh. Couldn't even finished it.

Excellent and helpful staff. Me and my family were at Emporio during 19Sep2017 earthquake. Through out the episode hotel staff took very good care of the guests. Reservation manager Lily was helpful to adjust with the bookings and room adjustments. It was an incredible job to serve hot and delicious food even after the earthquake aftermath.
Every staff member did a good job to restore the hotel condition after earthquake turmoil and make it comfortable again for the guests. Very good restaurant and very good location.

The buffet is good and affordable (less than $10 usd) beverages included. Even the services is good. Certainly Sundays are crowded at the breakfast time.

The place is amazing. Great room. Big enough. Clean rooms. Great atmosphere. Staff are very welcoming. They offer to take your bags. They greet you every time they see you. They even took my luggages to my room upon my late arrival (My friend who booked the hotel arrived early and waited for mebut caught him leaving to register for our half marathon. The staff at the concierge quickly offered to take my bags to my our room as I had to leave with my friend right away to register for the marathon). The location is great. On the main road (Paseo De la Reforma) easy access to great restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended!

You can browse the press of the day in a café with character although sligthly cold.

Went to this hotel to meet with a few people for work and ended up eating there as well. Really good decorations, friendly and helpful staff, and the food in the restaurant was great. Definitely recommend it.

It's a cool, friendly and chic place, which is great for late evening coctails and delicious food, for romance, for friends or family, I just love it! Obviously it isn't cheap, but it's worthy ;)
