Beautiful hotel that withstood an earthquake very well. Room was huge with a great view. Bathroom was huge and it vented well during showering so we never had foggy mirrors. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. I did get extra pillows I asked for, but I never got extra hangers that I needed. Cleaning and room service were good.

Outstanding hotel in an excellent location. The staff were exceptional and made my stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to other International Business travelers and will stay here in the future. This was my first trip to Mexico City and I was able to walk around and see some of the local attractions. I felt safe throughout my stay in the hotel and outside of the property. All of the restaurants served delicious food and prices were reasonable. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is clean, well-appointed and maintained, and has very comfortable rooms. The location is spectacular - right across the street from a beautiful park and in walking distance of numerous shopping, eating, and sight-seeing destinations. The staff are very friendly, particularly the staff in the Executive Lounge.

I highly recommend the Spa here. Is extremely professional and with amazing therapist. They are very kind and have a very nice upbeat and cheerful attitude. The only thing that might be an inconvenience for some ladies is that the changing room and the actual massage tables are far from each other and you have to go through the gym and elevator to get to the spa area. I didn't mind but it might be uncomfortable for some specially if the gym is full.

I am very disappointed in the service provided at the front desk i stayed at the Reforma for one night but my card was charged for 2 nights including bank charges in addition to the $314. US Dolllars per night my card was charged for $670.US Dollars. I was told by the front desk that my refund will take at least a month. Although my planned trip was to stay at the Hilton for 4 night I checked out after one night and checked in another hotel. Despite my checking out I was charged twice because the front desk person was sloppy and did not do the research to check before running The card twice although I told him that I had already paid for the room the night before. I travel a bit for my job I also have Hilton honors but after this experience I will NOT stay at another Hilton hotel.
I am sitting in one of the meeting rooms writing this report. I will check back with the front desk during my lunch time i need my refund Today

Wonderful hotel. Got married there a little over 6 months ago and everything was simply breathtaking. I recommend the rooms, the restaurants and the distance from it to all of Mexico City's downtown. Well worth it!

We had a very nice time here. Our room on the top floor was clean and spacious, complete with a bathtub and huge comfortable bed. Executive floor was very enjoyable for atmosphere, food and panoramic views of the city. Attention and overall level of the reception felt appropriate of a central Hilton. Not cheap, but worth the experience!

A great location near the heart of Mexico City. Minutes from dozens of museums, restaurants, and bars. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and we'll maintained. I highly recommend a Master Suite as they afford a fantastic 25th floor view of the city through wall length windows. Just make sure they accept your method of payment before booking, they do not accept Discover and seem to have trouble processing US debit cards.

Downtown Mexico city layover in a very trendy area. Great hotel with views from the top floor of all of the city. Lots and amenities and good staff that are fluent in both English and Spanish. Rooms are very large with free WIFI, large bathroom, and good TV channel options. Close distance to restaurants a d shop and a local outdoor bazaar.

This hotel overbooks and sends guests to another hotel.

This is what happened to us:
• We used our Air Miles to book six nights at the Hilton Reforma, which we had selected because it is supposedly a 5-star hotel close to the historic district. We had even booked a walking tour for the morning after our arrival, which started close to the hotel.
• Prior to our arrival, because our flight was scheduled to arrive later in the day, we emailed the hotel twice to confirm that this would be okay. We did not receive a response to either email.
• Because we had not received a response to our emails, we called the hotel on the morning of our arrival. We spoke with Diego, who assured us that we could check in whenever we wanted and that our room would be ready for us.
• As soon as we arrived, however, we got a bad vibe from the woman at the front desk. She told us that a manager would be coming to speak to us about our room. When the manager, Giovanni, arrived, he claimed there was a problem with our room, but said that arrangements had already been made for us to spend the first night in another hotel. We refused to budge and asked to speak with his manager.
• While we were waiting in the reception area, another person who was attempting to check in was also told that there was a problem with his room and that he would be moved to another hotel.
• Finally another manager, Miguel, arrived. Because it was getting late, we reluctantly agreed to go to the other hotel for one night only, but on the condition that we get a refund for the remainder for our stay. Miguel said that he would see what he could do.
• After we returned home, we received an email from Miguel washing his hands of the matter, stating that we would have to contact the agency in order to get a refund.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Even helped us check in at 10am vs the usual 3pm time. Located right next to a nice safe park. Plenty of food nearby and walking distance to a few tourist attractions. Room is sizable, including the bathroom, with modern furnishings. WiFi is quick and stable.

Central to down town, good service, Modest price, Concierge is very helpful. Room is clean. Nice view from level 20 and above. Breakfast gets busy so get in early. Bar guys took great care of me and treated me to some great Tequilas. Only points i could suggest need improvement is the room had no kettle for coffee and no teaspoons.
