I participated in the activity which was provided by the one of many companies there to see very beautiful beaches and do the see activities with a lot of beers and the other participantes. There were a lot of things and places to see and visit!! we enjoyed a lot!! If I could, I would go back and go again there!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the Palace. Staff were all superb, friendly and good spirited. We took advantage of many of the amenities, including room service, the private Catamaran ride (though our return ride had to be cancelled due to weather), restaurant and bar service. Will come back!

This is a nice relaxing resort that is more on the quiet side. The staff is very friendly & they always have a smile on their face! Boris & Saul do an excellent job with the entertainment!!! A shout out to the great bartenders who are always willing to try making anything you wantthanks Alejandro for the extra effort on the Grasshoppers!

Nice resort. Fantastic staff. Good food. Limited buffet options. Most disappointing were the daily imports of party goers on either side of the Palace.

My first all inclusive resort experience. The food selection was good. The service to my room was great. Fun activities throughtout the day and evening[karaoke, magician, dancers, yoga, volleyballkayaking, and more ]They were not pushy to you to do tours. I had a relaxing massage. And used my credits to take a glass bottom boat tour, which they did even though just two of us signed up for that hour. I saw them cleaning everything daily including my room at least twice. I would have expected to see way more bugs(4). I was greeted friendly at every passing. Front desk very welcoming with a flower,a drink and a towel and helpful, answering questions giving change. Always offering drinks. And a boat to take us back to Cancun to catch our flight.

Came in for a quick bite and drink for lunch at 2pm and my wife and I were literally the only people at the buffet. The whole resort seemed quite empty. Still, the food was mostly good and the drinks were well made. The resort had a couple nice pools, a small beach, some chairs and hammocks. Overall, it wasn't bad, but I can't help wondering how they're making any money.

The service here is amazing. They cater to your every need. It is a low key resort without a ton of people. You will never have an issue finding a lounge chair by the pool. The food is diverse and amazing!

The ride to the island was one of the best experiences of my life. I traveled through aqua world and the employees made sure myself and my fiance had a great time. The island was so much fun and I made sure to take advantage of all their amenities. Took a golf cart across the entire island where we experienced the best tiquila the island had to offer. 10 out of 10 stars.

This was our first all inclusive as well as first time in Mexico.
Let me start by saying, my husband and I were completely blown away with the hotel staff !
There was nothing they would not do to make our experience less than fabulous!
"Ismal" pool bartender, AMAZING! Ismal was there for our beckon call from the minute we got to the pool until we left!
By the second day we didn't even have to tell him what we wanted, he remembered the specifics of what we drank and how we liked it!
    Huge applause for Andres!
Andres was in charge of making sure his guests were happy.
My husband asked Andres where we could get a bottle of Captain Morgan as we don't drink Barcardi which was stocked in our room as well as a full bar (included).
After a day at the pool my husband and I went to our room only to find the Barcardi was replaced with a bottle of Captain Morgan.
I have never in my life experienced such amazing customer service!
The waiters that served us breakfast .AMAZING!
This customer service is why we will continue to go back year after year!
    Thank you so much!

The staff are very welcoming, really trying their best to make you feel at home. The beach is relatively small but very beautiful! Kayaks and a water bicycle are free to use. They have chairs and comfy sofa everywhere in the hotel to create a vacation feel. The resultant is very delicious! The snack bar is ok but opens early at 10am.

Sunset dinner and spa are extra costs though. The only weird thing is we got this lady asking where we from and nationality, etc when we checked out. I assume she was collecting the information to target return customers but it made us uncomfortable.

The grounds are kept clean and tidy. Food is good. Beach is limited and the ocean is full of seaweed. Very quite and relaxing. Views of Cancun are pretty. Resort credit is limited on spa services.

Amazing place, love the whole island. It is full of life and excitement and things to do. If you do plan on coming here, be warned that this is an actual island. There is no way off other than by boat or small plane, so don't be surprised by the 15-45 minute boat ride back to cancun
