Great hotel, pretty calm, excellent option for a break from the city stress, the installations are top notch, only caveat: I was offered a double room when I explicitly requested a king size bed since reservation

How are there positive reviews to this place?? Must be fake.
Pool was inaccessible to save the hotel money. They booked us a room CLOSEST possible to the highway. This was particularly ludicrous considering the hotel was near empty.
AND THE WORST PART The reception blatantly LIED to us about heating the pool. They said they would heat it for the weekend. When they didn't, and we commented, they said straight to our faces they would turn the heat on right now. Hours later, we gave up and moved on.
You could tell the reception couldn't care less about us as customers. If I owned this hotel, many of the workers (particularly the reception staff) would be fired.
Only POSITIVE was the waiters in the restaurant were very friendly. Other than that, this was the WORST.response / report this review -

Not a good place to stay. Our room had bed bugs . And they won't give me a refund.

Restaurant is delicious and swimming pool is very enjoyable.

Excelent rustic and clean rooms, nice ammenities, nice loby and restaurant. Pool must have calefaction to enjoy it in coold days. Only 15 min (car) from downtown.

In the early entrance coming from Celaya and with easy access coming from Querétaro. It's a real nice place to stay during your visit, just 20 minutes from downtown by car, nice food, nice rooms, nice people. Very great place.

The location was really easy access really easy to find.the rooms were nice clean smelled fresh.the service was on point nice ppl .and it you like really awkward because of the day and time for their support for any damage caused the problem I have to be the best way to. Thanks so I will be in the future and I have to be able and willing I am not able and willing and availa andupble to meet.

A very nice hotel, with the only inconvenient that they took around an hour to serve us our dinner. However, they made a great job the next day during breakfast. Very friendly staff.
