Beautiful property, beautiful rooms, great rooftop bar and the service was impeccable!! Plan to return as we loved the city as well.

We had an amazing experience here! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and we felt very safe with all of the COVID precautions. The hotel itself is gorgeous: beautiful lush garden landscapes, stunning architecture, and interior design straight out of AD. You can’t go wrong with the views on the rooftop at Luna, and the food was excellent at both Luna & 1826. Particular thank you to Yazmin (but really everyone) who helped us throughout our stay to book reservations, find interesting activities, and overall ensure that we felt at home. Will definitely be back :)

Visited San Miguel de Allende for the first time with my boyfriend and a few friends. The food and rooms were top notch. The staff take pride in their work and strive to give the best service and experiences to guests. Monica is beyond amazing and her attention to detail is unparalleled. By far the best service I have ever received. Eduardo, Gustavo, and the Managing Director, Alfredo Renteria, were super hospitable and did everything possible to make our trip and experience memorable. They truly made us feel like part of their family. Chef Vincent Wallez also went above and beyond to make us an incredible meal that I will never forget. Highly recommend this classy property. I will definitely be going back.

Hello,
I give this place 4 stars because the view is incredible like none that you have ever seen a whole view of the city with that nice fresh breeze. I ordered a burger an it was one of the best burgers I have ever had in my entire life. The music was good and you could feel the amazing vibe from all the other tables and makes you feel like part of a community. I went with family for a special occasion and it was amazing the staff so kind and patient. The sanitary measures were amazing and it made me feel safe to be in there restaurant.

Tip - The kid-free pool is the big pool, but everyone takes there kid their, so go to the smaller pool on the side for a slighter quieter experience.
Short walk to the city center.
Drinks on the roof top bar.
Beds were comfortable.
Gorgeous colors and layout.

Amazing place in San Miguel! Went to have dinner in the Luna rooftop Bar and it's such an amazing place to have dinner and some drinks!
1) it has the best view in town.
2) attention and service are top notch
3) prices are not too bad to be honest.
Would love to stay in the hotel in the near future.

One of the finest and most complete resort in San Miguel de Allende. Designed and built in exquisite taste, it has a great service culture within its team. Great Tequila bar, restaurant and rooftop terrace. Very good kids club. Overall very well rounded, but it does come at a price. Greatly recommended.

The best view from the terrace bar, specially on sunset, No doubt about that! Too much waiting time (but one courtesy drink while waiting) I still think that waiting time should be detailed, and that the terrace could have more space to enjoy drinks while watching the sunset! I got the feeling that we only was assigned to go upstairs to the terrace after we complained about the waiting time and the order of selected guests to go upstairs. While we were finally in the terrace we forgot about the long waiting time and order, because the view and place was absolutely amazing. Prices were good according to the place

Unbelievable hotel - really a luxury hotel. We went for a company's event and we stayed in one of the houses with 4-5 rooms. Very well decorated, charming and cozy. The rooms are large, clean and organized. The roofbar terrace offers live music and great views on San Miguel de Allende. Especially in the evening, it is well worth to come here and have a cocktail with some snacks.
If it is windy, they will offer you a blanket so you can enjoy the view comfortable. Friendly staff and great service! Highly recommend!response / report this review -

They have an excellent facililty for outdoors event. The personal working there is very professional and kind. The architecture of the hotel is very beautiful and has an excellent view from the terrace

The deck is amazing for taking a couple drinks but the prices for spending the night are studiply expensive. 700+ uds per night the time I tried to book. Good for the restaurant bad for spending the night

Breathtaking Views of SMA, you MUST visit this hotel. We had afternoon cocktails at the Luna Rooftop Terrace bar. Fantastic service, nibbles provided with our cocktails. I have not eaten here yet but I highly recommend at least going for a drink. Relaxed atmosphere and even provided blankets when it got a little windy.

We were a large group and were initially seated in the corner looking over the view at sunset. Apparently, although seated we were blocking the view for other guests and were asked to move to another area. On top of this the service was slow and the drinks expensive. Overall the views were good from the rooftop bar, but plenty of other places nearby afford the same without the poor service or pricetag.

The rooftop has a beautiful view, the drinks are very good and the food is delicious. The service is very neat and the prices are not so high. I recommend "Carajillo" drink and the "Tuna tostadas"

Great place with excellent view of St Miguel Rosewood offers great experience for guests an visitors. Is a place to enjoy each and every part. Terrace is marvelous and the best place of the hotel. Excellent romantic scenario sunset is surreal. Enjoy!

Best hotel I've ever seen! It's amazing and gives you a beautiful sight of the city. Its really expensive, but if you can, grab a bite at the restaurant located on the 4th floor. You can walk around their preety gardens later and enjoy a peaceful moment.

We went to the bar because pets are allowed and we loved how the staff treated our dog, they provided us water and a bed for him, it was like any other guest. We will definitely come back.

Despite our initial skepticism when this hotel was built, even locals end up here, especially on the rooftop bar for a special occasion, with great city views (but only average drinks). The gift shop on the first floor has expensive coffee but tasty and inexpensive pastries. The main restaurant is also recommended, with beautiful, modern but classy décor and a yummy menu.
