La vista es increible, y le doy 4 estrellas por que el acceso del hotel esta algo complicado y no me senti seguro para salir de moche

The hotel has an incredible view and nice facilities. My rating goes by the fact that staff is minimal. Which makes service slow. The pool was cold in two days and they never turned the heater on. One night. At midnight maintanance staff put a ladder and climbes to fix things on the roof of my suite. In general the staff tries to make your stay nice and comfortable, but many things happen that make it a bittersweet experience. The distance to downtown is short to take a walk, at least on the way downtown as returning might be a bit steep and hard on the legs. But overall is a nice walk.

Very nice place with an astounding view on the city, especially from the breakfast room/bar.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
There is a swimming pool and a free parking facility

Wonderful views and nice rooms but
The pool wasn't working in a long weekend
The restaurant was only open for breakfast, there was not even ice available after.
The pillows were dreadful, horrible.
Apart from those details the hotel has potential to be a lot better.response / report this review -
