Es un buen hotel. La habitación es muy cómoda y siempre estuvo limpia. El buffet es muy variado y rico y las áreas comunes son muy vistosas. El estacionamiento queda algo retirado pero es muy complicado que en el centro de San Cristóbal De Las Casas haya hoteles con estacionamiento in situ.

I stayed in late November 2017 for over a week. I am very satisfied with the value received for the price paid (I got a deal online). Other reviews mentioned it being dark in the lobby--yes, it usually was--and in the rooms--my room was well lit. The lobby is full of plants, which I love. The owner, Susana, speaks good English, is helpful and friendly.
The location is convenient to the city center. Just know that there is a church across the street that rings its bells at 7a.m. every day--but there are many churches in the city so good luck with that.
I did have a problem one day with a rather cold shower, probably a timing issue since that's the one day I slept in.
The room I was in had no climate control, neither heat nor AC. I'm not sure if AC is ever needed, but in late November there were a few mornings and nights where I wished I could bump up the temperature in the room, and wished for a rug or two on the cold tile floor (bring slippers or wear socks in the cold months!). I wonder whether many of the hotels have heat; most businesses there don't seem to. Still, there were two thick wool blankets and a comforter on the bed, plus an extra blanket on the shelf. I was never cold while sleeping.
A couple of side notes: if you like to blowdry your hair, bring a hair dryer; & if you like to use a washcloth, bring one. They did provide soap, shampoo, and a clean hand towel and a bath towel every day.response / report this review -

Precio calidad, las habitaciones tienen lo necesario a veces el ruido de los pasillos llega a los cuartos y puede ser un poco molesto, fuera de eso limpio y buen trato

Muy céntrico, barato y muy bonito, la atención excelente, estaban en remodelación por lo que no fue lindo los ruidos de construcción pero todo lo demás excelente.

Es lamentable que personas que vivan del negocio hotelero consideren que te están haciendo un favor, hice una reservación por un mes en este lugar y la última semana por ser semana Santa me pidieron la habitación, aún con la reservación ya hecha. Evidentemente carece completamente de formalidad, el personal en general tiene un trato descortés, la persona que emite las facturas de nombre Rita Susana, es la persona más prepotente y carente de sentido común con la que he tratado y haciendo mención que viajó por toda la república mexicana. No se hará menospreciar que el edificio cuenta con agua caliente, es un lugar agradable a gordo modo, fallas en el Wifi y en las pantallas no se tiene buena recepción, sólo se ven tres o cuatro canales. Francamente decepcionado de este lugar.
