Es un excelente hotel, muy espacioso y precioso. La atención es excelente y todas las mañanas a las 8 am hay cafe y pan cerca de la recepción, esto es cortesía de la casa, el hotel el céntrico por lo que a dos cuadras aproximadamente llegas al mercado de dulces y artesanías o al arco del Carmen.

Horrible hotel. I do not understand the 5 stars reviews any under any circumstances. During our trip I stayed in many hotels in Mexico so I am pretty realistic in my expectations but this one was something else. The rooms were not clean at all. The carpet was very old and dirty. The windows did not close properly. The washroom smelled terrible. Inside the room the temperature was around12 deg Celsius. They do not have portable heaters so after two hours of coughing and sneezing at around 11pm we decided to leave the hotel and try to find something else. We were lucky enough to find another hotel at half price much cleaner which provided us with a heater. Lots of hotels in Cristobalshop around and don't let yourself fooled by the pics on the websites. It is better if you can see the room before you pay for it.
