En general tiene un buen servicio y las habitaciones están limpias, además de ser una opción económica cercana al zócalo de la ciudad

Nice location, but pretty cold in the room, and no hot water in the shower

Perfectly comfortable hotel with great prices. Beds were great, our room was clean, shower was small but adequate, slight smell of the city's air quality/exhaust but not much to do about that. We walked a couple blocks for a great breakfast at the Grand Hotel which no one should miss. Easy walk to the Zocalo. Would definitely stay at Hotel Roble again.

Very good service. Small rooms but ok. CLEAN. Very good prices. And be sure to reserve at least a week before. If your lucky you'll get a room for the same day.

5 Stars for the location and price. 2.5 Stars for everything else.
It is located only 2 blocks away from Zocalo which saves ton of time and money. Most of the sites within Central Historic District are within walk-able distance from Roble. The metro station is also only 2 blocks away. Great location!
The services and amenities are pretty basic. The rooms are a little old and are in need of an upgrade. The towels they provide show sign of wear and many towels are on the verge of being torn. The water pressure is pretty bad considering age of the building. There is no exhaust in the bathrooms. The only way for ventilation is to open the window inside the bathroom. WiFi is very spotty inside the rooms but works well in the lobby area. Considering the price and its location, it is one of the best deals if you don't want anything fancy.

Small and most rooms with A/C, in house restaurant and lots of restaurants nearby. Plenty of cultural things to do.

Localização ótima e quartos bons! Só não me agradou que descontaram o valor da primeira diaria no meu cartão de crédito antes de chegar ao hotel, sendo que deveria ser pago todo o valor ao chegar ao hotel!!!!!

this is one of the best values in the historic downtown area. If you are on a mid budget you can't go wrong with this place.

Great location, just a few blocks from the Zocalo. The rooms were small, but comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind.

My only complain is that the wifi signal was somewhat poor. But, overall, it is a good place to spend the night.

It was a nice comfortable stay, nice staff and amenities. The restaurant wasn't the greatest though
