This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the attention is excellent, and the price is not that expensive. I was gladly surprised by the level of English spoken by the staff.
The restaurant is very nice as well.
They have agreements with some attractions in the city for kids, so that you can enjoy some discounts on those attractions.response / report this review -

This was a fantastic hotel at a really great price! I really appreciated that a lot of the staff, including room service, could speak English. They also helped us set up a tour and reserve a cab. Or room was very large and well kept. The abundance of marble in the bathroom also made it feel luxurious. I didn't get to try them, but I was happy to see that there is a pool, spa, weight room, and restaurants available. It is a little far from down town, but it is still well worth a stay.

I went there for a working meeting eventhough I didnt stood at the place I could ser ir was very clean and the staff people we're verte polite. The only vas thing is that ir took a chile por them yo bringing the bill. Besides that everything was great.

One of the best hotels south in Mexico city, located near Perisur and estadio Azteca is one of the best locations. It is an old, but classy hotel. But sometimes the old shows like in the carpets or the decor, but still it is very good. I would reccomend it.

GOOD: Big rooms, good bed, it included a good breakfast. BAD: The bathroom smelled bad the first two days, the third day the smell became really bad, the whole room smelled like SEWAGE. The worst thing is that they didn't change the room because they were full. The next day they tried to make me feel like I had imagined the situation. If you can avoid going to this hotel, avoid it.

My experience is over 2 stays.
The reception staff are great there is always so friendly and helpful when needed even if sometimes there is a language barrier.
We haven't indulged in the buffet which many do look happy with and appears to have a good selection.
Our first stay, room service, delivery time 1hr 20min (for a burger and tacos). We needed to call room service twice to confirm it was coming, it was 8pm so not late or busy. On its arrival both items ordered were stone cold, like they were cooked and refrigerated. There was no way of opening cokes as no bottle opener was provided.
The night was noisy the hallways filled with teenage kids that security and front desk did nothing to stop for the comfort of guests even after a number of complaint from a number of guests staying on the same and other floors, children running through the hallways at 2am is not fun..!!
On our second stay, we ate at the restaurant and ordered a vegetable lasagne, it was again cold and needed to be reheated and the same dish delivered.
We did have an additional lunch meal in which all were satisfied.
The venue looks modern it would like to think it a 4-5 star venue, but I would consider of appearance its may be a 4 star but on substance a 2.5-3response / report this review
