We have enjoyed our previous visits much more. Don't know if there was actually recent change in management, but the overall feel of total quality has somewhat decreased. Sad considering the great stays we have had before. Especially considering the relatively high cost.

Stayed with my family because of its proximity to the Estadio Azul, excellent facilities, nice restrooms, and very friendly staff.

In general my experience in the hotel holiday inn was pretty good , I just went just for an event about work in a big room with other people.At the beginning the people of the hotel treat me pretty good and they show me the conference room where they have a table with fruit and bread for the participants ( good fruit , really sweet ) then they offer me a cup of coffee and it was tasty too . After the presentation they give us breakfast (chillaquiles) really tasty btw but the lack of beverages was a little disappointed. The count with good services (clean bathroom , etc)

Well located if you are in Mexico in bussiness matters. Confortable rooms to spend the night. Grate service to the costumer, polite and fast.

The room was clean, the hallway not so much. Front desk not very nice. I felt like I was another number not as a guest. I understand it was busy time but still I've been in other big hotels were I felt welcomed, not here.

It is misleading that the name of this hotel includes the words "TRADE CENTER" since is located around 30 minutes drive from the real WTC Mexico were you will find the Holiday Inn WTC Mexico
